THEY ARE SO RUDE. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THIS LADT GAVE ME A 10 COUNT INSTEAD OF A 25. SO I CORRECTED HER AND SHE STARTED THROWING MUNCHKINS IN THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR. I WANT A REFUND BUT TO BE PAID IN MUNCHKINS PREFERABLY BUTTERCRUNCH GLAZED AND POWDERED.

I come to the 108 Dunks most mornings and they get my coffee right every time! Staff is always super friendly and helpful! Best in town

Sandwich was a bit burnt around the edges and the hash browns were just... weird. They looked like they were also overcooked but they were still tough in the middle like they weren't cooked at all. I have no idea how they managed that.

This is by far the worst dunks I've ever been to. I live within walking distance but I'll typically drive to the next one just to avoid making the sacrifice in quality of product AND service that one must make when stopping at this location. I've asked others around here just to be sure that I'm judging fairly and that they don't have a personal problem with me or something, everyone I've asked has agreed that this location is just awful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have no idea how they've managed to set the bar so low there.

The weekday morning crew is the best!!! They get to know you and your regular order and you become part of their family. I love when Melissa at drive-thru makes me surprise combos of my frozen coffee. She knows exactly what I like and makes the best drinks. Staff is super friendly and prompt. I also love when I'm in a rush, using my dunks app and ordering ahead and I just run in or pull up to drive thru and its waiting for me. I also love earning freebies by earning points through the app. Store is ALWAYS very clean as is their restroom.

Between this dunks and the other in somersworth they barely get one star combined. As you see in the photo I waited 5 min for uncooked bacon to be slapped on cold toast. The bacon was also cold and disgusting. This is literally UNSAFE to eat

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. I have written to the Management of this location and nothing has changed. Long wait times with only two cars in drive thru, also have had many incorrect orders. I have given this location many chances since I get places are short staff. It is a customer service thing that unfortunately cannot be trained. Today I waited ten minutes behind one car I finally rolled down my window and told her maybe to pull up because the mic seems broken. She told me that they asked her to wait a few minutes. No one apologized for the wait.

Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts this morning, ordered bacon avocado toast and it was so burnt it was absolutely inedible. By the time I opened it I was already at work so I couldn't go back. I worked at a different Dunks location for over 6 years and this is unacceptable. Shame on whoever was working the sandwich station for actually thinking this was ok. I will drive out of my way to a different location before I ever go back there. There is obviously a reason for all the bad reviews this store gets

would give less stars if I could!! 11/23/20 I ordered an ice peppermint mocha latte the sandwich pictured below a bagel and 2 orders of hash browns. I received this sandwich and one less order of hash browns than I ordered!!!! and the bagel had cream cheese everywhere but where it should have been. This has happen far to often to keep going back to this location. If I owned this location I would be appalled at the service provided. shame on you!

Me and my sister stopped at this Dunkin Donuts this morning, ordered bacon avocado toast and it was so burnt it was absolutely inedible. By the time we opened it We were already at work so couldn't go back. How can we eat a burnt breakfast that we pay for it? Very bad service, we ever experienced, will not coming back here ever again!
