The employees are rude and don't know how to work as a team. I ordered two sandwiches and a coffee 20 minutes later finally got my order. There was one employee that all she did was walk around instead of helping. If I was management and they are serious about their business I'd either get rid of everyone or retrain them how to properly work and not be rude. ~Kimberley

We walked into T-Mobile last night and we met 2 of the nicest guys!! My husband and I needed to change our phone service and Mike, the manager, and Mike, the customer rep, were both extremely helpful and patient with us. My husband still had a flip phone but with the help of both men, he walked out with more knowledge than he ever expected. We would highly recommend this store and these 2 gentlemen. T-Mobile is extremely lucky to have these employees... They are both well versed on their product and extremely patient and kind.. Thank you Mike and Mike!! ~Geralynne

Went in to get new phone the kid with glasses help me I told him I wanted to use my phone in order to upgrade so he said I needed I better phone than the one I chose so I got a better one he was supposed to check to see what I could get he didn't it took a hr to upload my phone then so I left for a appointment then came back he said my phone was ready he never gave me paperwork on my phone when I asked he said I dint need any then I ask what about erasing my phone so it could be use in trade he erased it but then tells me there is no deal 🙃 I am so passed off with this guy. Totally unprofessional!!! ~LaTanya

Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts this morning, ordered bacon avocado toast and it was so burnt it was absolutely inedible. By the time I opened it I was already at work so I couldn't go back. I worked at a different Dunks location for over 6 years and this is unacceptable. Shame on whoever was working the sandwich station for actually thinking this was ok. I will drive out of my way to a different location before I ever go back there. There is obviously a reason for all the bad reviews this store gets ~deana

Great experience Huge chunk of snow and ice fell on the hood of my car, Mid-way quickly got my car in and repaired it ahead of the estimated time, they gave me daily updates so i knew what was going on and where i was in the process, they cleaned the inside of my car better then some local detial shops around here. One of the best retailer in the area. I just wish their stock system while shopping online for buyung in-store was accurate. Many time it states the items are in store but when you show up, the reality is that they are out of stock. Also, the staff in charge of online order for pickup are easier clueless or lazy as many times I created online orderes for pickup only to receive a cancelation email for it. But when showing up in store to check, I found all the items in my order being in stock in the store. This needs urgent improvement. ~Bart
