Noah is excellent very helpful and patient, the problem is the techs are not trained they look it up on the iPad. I’m finding AT&T is the same as Verizon just scamming so unfortunately I will be canceling this new account this week

Went in to get new phone the kid with glasses help me I told him I wanted to use my phone in order to upgrade so he said I needed I better phone than the one I chose so I got a better one he was supposed to check to see what I could get he didn't it took a hr to upload my phone then so I left for a appointment then came back he said my phone was ready he never gave me paperwork on my phone when I asked he said I dint need any then I ask what about erasing my phone so it could be use in trade he erased it but then tells me there is no deal 🙃 I am so passed off with this guy. Totally unprofessional!!!

Every time we have to do anything in this store the employees so how some way find a way to screw up something that should take 5 min. Came in to have a phone activated and everything switched over 3 hrs later phone still are not switched. When I was told before leaving everything was transfered over and phone was working. AT&T maybe losing us as customers after 10yrs. Pointless to use this location go to a store anywhere but here. Inexperienced and lazy

Ben helped me trade my phones in… I was given a quote by a salesperson on the phone for it, but I figured they wouldn’t honor it (I had nothing in writing) … but they did. I am so shocked at how quickly I was in and out of the store AND how true to their word they were.

In a way it's a industrial version of a wireless puppy mill. Very helpful in getting my daughter an iPhone. I can't help her tastes. 'Merica! Had The Misfortune of having to go back there and it reminded me how sales orientated versus service orientated AT&T really is. That is least able to put the correct amount of stars For This "place"

Broke my phone the night before I came in and ordered a new one online. There were complications picking up the phone since my name wasn’t on the account- but wow the employees here were great! After a long and misunderstanding call with customer service (to which the operator had no idea what they were doing) the two employees took it upon themselves to help me get my phone swiftly and with ease. They understood I had to get to work and helped me set up my phone as fast as possible. Super friendly, helpful, and true life savers!! I definitely recommend coming here if you want excellent customer service.

Tedd was very knowledgeable and helpful. My phone had some issues downloading the thousands of pictures and he spent almost three hours helping me figure everything out so I could leave with a new phone! The staff was very friendly and I was greeted immediately upon entering. I felt very safe with the COVID safety precautions they put in place and I am excited to be an AT&T customer now!

I had a wonderful experience at the Somersworth N.h. AT&T Store yesterday. I needed a new phone and Sales rep Tedd Hadley assisted me, and he did a marvelous job. I've been an AT&T customer for 7 years, gone through multiple in store upgrade experiences, and this was far and away the best ever. Tedd was extremely knowledgeable, personable,and professional. he went the extra mile to help me and smiled the whole way through, being very patient with my endless questions and I know he was sincerely looking out for my best interests and helped.me pick out the best phone for me. The exemplary treatment by Tedd makes me an AT&T customer for life. Thanks so much Tedd! Love my new Phone!
