Best office supply store in Amherst, New York (NY) 2024

I have given this store my business for years and have always had a pleasant experience. I can understand the stress of the holidays but that is no excuse for poor customer service. My experience was so upsetting that it led me to write my first EVER online review. I left the store in tears because of a manager that refused to listen to his customer and verbally embarrassed me in front of his staff and several other customers. I have never been treated with such disrespect. This place will NEVER get my business again. ~Tanna

Not really sure what's going on with this store's hours. It's been pretty alright in the past so I won't rate it super low. Anyway, I tried to pick up a package this morning (Thursday) at 8:30 AM, and no one was there. The door was locked. 8AM is the time listed for its opening. I also tried pretty close to closing before 6 after work, and the same thing happened. Does anyone know the true hours of this store? Because it's not properly listed on Google. ~Noon
