6 Best furniture store in Hinesville, Georgia (GA) 2024

The experience I had in the store was great. I worked with Ms. Nadia over the course of a few days just trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. I ordered my daughters furniture and the overall IN STORE experience was great. Friendly and welcoming environment but the delivery and assembly on the other hand , NOT so great. They assembled but daughters bed and only used half of the hardware and the even did a make shift thing on the bottom I’m assuming because one screw was missing. They left the WHOLE MIDDLE BAR of the bed off and told my mom it wasn’t necessary (and it very much was to hold the slats up). I ordered a chair and they didn’t add the wheels . I wish I could rate the store and the delivery separately because the store 5/5 and delivery and assembly 0/5. I want to thank Nadia again for going above and beyond for fixing it for us. For her service alone is the reason I gave the 4 stars . ~Monet

Great Deals on Cash Buyouts. Also offers a great opportunity for bigger purchases when you just don't have 100% available to put down. Just got a new Washer and Dryer (Whirlpool brand and both are New versions) that is slightly used but in great condition for $600. You get a 25% discount on all furniture if you do buy it out (like a normal purchase.) ~Alex

No matter how much time has passed between visits Mike never forgets me. Always has me taken care of and always making each visit personal. I wish I could steal him from you guys but he is loyal and I love that about him as well. Anyone else I encounter always greets me and is always pleasant to work with. I spent $15581.00 on pvc fencing to be installed had to give a check to store immediately for the full amount to start the process. I was told the check would not be cashed until they check if all items were in stock and going to be pulled to start my install. Wrote check 4/28/22 they cashed check 5/8/22 at that time I started to call store going to store to see when they were going to install. No answers I was told they are waiting for more items to come to store so they have all the merchandise to install. At that time I asked why did you cash check if your not ready to delivery fence and schedule install no answer from store asked for store manager that was rude and gave me business card for the installation team and at that time I was asking for refund they told me I had 30 days to get refund. So I called installation team on phone thinking they would rectify my problem they were no help at all spoke to numerous installation members the only thing they all told me is I had 30 days for refund. Do right before my 30 day period I asked for refund they told me no that I only had 3 days to cancel. Long story short I ordered and paid for fence 4/28/22 they finally came to install fence 7/11/22 today is 7/14/22 the pictures up top are just 4 out of 22 pictures I could have installed the fence better myself panels going up and down like a wave in ocean gates still not put up installation foreman came by and said him self it was not a professional job and would take allot of work to correct issue. So after 3months and $15581.00 I still do not have a complete fence installed no gate and all the parts for gate are not here loss of work and income with no solution from anyone. At this time I will be contacting a attorney. And it's sad they make you check 1star to post ~Michael

I’m under the weather & thought the best way to go about getting a few necessities would be to enter a pick up order. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I entered this order around 4pm today, received the time slot of 7-8pm. Received a delayed text. Finally received the “Your Pickup is Ready” text at 8:48pm. The pickup area is closed after 8 based on Google. I called the Pickup center to verify if it was okay to still come, the person on the phone confirmed that it was. I arrived a little before 9pm- confirmed my parking number. It is now 9:52- I JUST RECEIVED MY TWO ITEMS!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I had to stop one of the employees & plead him to get my items as there are other cars waiting- as I am feeling worse by the minute. Do not use this service. ~Mykalah
