Its an okay place. It smells like humidity once you walk in and its never organized. If you need help at the furniture department prepare yourself to wait because sometimes there’s no one to be found.

It's Big Lots so sometimes you get a great deal and sometimes they don't have what you were looking for. The Hinesville location has always been clean when I've gone. The staff is friendly

I used to buy my furniture at Big Lots, I will not do this anymore, the first time I needed work done on my chair and they declined it. If you buy furniture their do not get the insurance they will not honor it

Doubtful I'll ever shop there again. 2 weeks ago bought item had sign that showed 50% off staff acted like it was my fault they didn't do their job and remove sign from day before, they did end up giving me the discount & tore up sign. This last weekend went in bought 2 items from toy area where signs up saying buy 1 get second 50% off. So got 2 went to checkout asked her about it she ignored me & continued talking to another associate. I noticed was not correct on Receipt so I'm done. They need a Manager who manages & trains staff. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

I just want to say Thank you Jennifer for going above and beyond even when you are not on the clock! Jennifer who works at big lots sold me a good bit of furniture. after having an issue with one dinning table set I called her and told her the issue she went back to work to pick up a whole new box and came to my house picked up the old one and replaced it for me so I didn't have to come back to the store. thats service right there and I will continue to purchase from her! Keep up the great work. They should make you the manager!
