I purchased a purse (crossbody) and decided to return it a few days later because it was too small. I did not use the purse, had my sales receipt and original box. They would not accept the return because Brian Lam, Men's Manager said it looked used. I will never buy anything from this store again. Poor customer service and they will not honor their return policy.

I purchased a handbag at this location yesterday and had a great experience. I walked right in and was helped immediately. My sales associate was Javier. He was so nice and down to earth. The other sales associates also spoke to me and were very friendly. I’ll definitely purchase from this location again.

BEWARE WHEN SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION. My name is Antwane Willis and I made s purchase at this Louis Vuitton location on April 7, 2022 for my wife. I came inside the store around 6:15pm where I was greeted by an associate. I told her the nature of my business, and showed her several bags on my cell phone, which I was interested in purchasing. After settling on this particular bag, the associate pulled it out of a drawer behind the register. She glossed over it briefly and then whisked it away to the back. Moments later she reappeared and took me to register for payment. Once I made the payment she handed me the bag and I left. Now in possession of the purse I handed it off to my wife. She initially was thrilled at the sight of my purchase. She left box inside the bag and placed in her closet. A few days later we went to an event and she said her bag looked used in comparison to previous purchase from Louis Vuitton. Later she asked me where did I purchase it at. My response, “ Sake’s.” She then said let’s return it for another one. This evening we went into the store and we were greeted once more as we entered. We stated that we wanted to return the purchase and sat the bag on the counter. We explained the bag has scratches on the lock, previous wear on the handles and we prefer a new one. The associate said let me speak with my manager and returned. Once she returned, she declined to take the bag back per her manager. Now standing a foot away listening the manager decided to interject. He stated that the most he would do is change out the lock. The associate went and retrieved a new purse and it came with a set of keys, a new lock, and shoulder strap. My wife purse did not come with any of this. Seeing all that made me believe that there is defiantly something fraudulent going on in this particular store. My wife and I were highly disappointed; my wife and I began voicing our past encounters, the dissatisfaction and lack customer of service being shown. We were well within the allotted time frame to return this purse. However, the Manager Nicolas Barello insisted he would not help us and and only offered to replace the lock ( that was severely scratched up). There is defiantly something fraudulent going on in this location and I will get to the bottom of this one way or another. We did escalate this matter to corporate.

Out of the 2 LV stores in Atlanta, the Phipps location is the best. It is a smaller store, but it is less crowded and you get a more personalized experience. I purchased a pochette metis that had a scrape on the bottom & they exchanged it no questions asked. Very helpful associates.

Let me try not writing a book. When it comes to inventory it’s 1 star. There have been 2 occasions where it’s shown they had a product in store that they did not have when I arrived. Another time I had what I thought to be a quick return and reorder took 2 hours, and I have to say the gentleman helping me was experiencing trouble and it seemed like no one wanted to help him. I don’t blame him I blame LV for not properly training and just lacking teamwork. My boyfriend came to this store to get the last size of a shoe that the online store incorrectly mailed us but were unable to order online so he HAD to get them from the store. The associate helping him did NOT include shoe bags OR the extra pair of laces that are standard!!! Over a 1500$ purchase and can’t even include the garments to keep them in good condition! In addition she didn’t even put a card or contact with the receipt so I had to call another associate to help me out (thankfully they did). This store lacks consistency in professionalism and the expectation of it. Again I don’t blame the staff but the hiring and training. Overall there’s now one person I’ll be dealing with at this store if I have to and that’s Consuelo, she’s amazing. But with all the trouble I can only give this place 2 stars for now.

Had a terrific experience with a hiccup on my part. I came in with my mind set on the Neverfull and a pochette. However, our client advisor Alexandria was so patient and I ended up looking at about 8 different bags before deciding. She was so patient never complained even when I had to take care of an issue with my bank. I ended up walking out with 2 beautiful new bags and a wallet. She was a sweetheart and just a very personable. My husband and I drove 3 hours to visit the store as we live in East TN and this is the closest LV store. Thank you for your help and kindness today. I will definitely be back.

I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly, but the associate, Deborah, found many styles with the features I was interested in. She even grabbed some items to weigh it down so I could really see and feel how it would hang. Adriana, a Client Advisor helped with the buying process at the end and setting up my profile. They both helped to make my experience buying there a great one!
