I had picked up a bad bag of roast beef on Thursday night. but didn't realize it until Saturday morning. I came to exchange it and the customer service was great. even got them to cut it fresh just for me. thank yall!

Store was extremely dirty. Shelves were in disarray in just about every dept. Sales associate could not tell me where to locate an item I was looking for. Some aisles were impassable due to boxes of stock in the middle of the floor. 30+ registers and only 3 with workers.. 10-15 self serve registers, which have issues half the time. I should get a W-2 from WalMart because I "work" there finding my own items and ringing up and bagging them! Target is looking better and better.

I recently just relocated from Baltimore to Hinesville I'm at the senior location Renaissance senior apartments and spend them experience to come to the Walmart advice very helpful and very pleasant and items are there on the Shelf. Not the worst Walmart, but they are pretty bad. Carts are janky, check out is hellacious, AC constantly out, many items are not stocked consistently, and my biggest frustration are the employees shopping for online orders. I would rather they just shut the entire store down and only do online orders. Yes, it is that bad.

I’m under the weather & thought the best way to go about getting a few necessities would be to enter a pick up order. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I entered this order around 4pm today, received the time slot of 7-8pm. Received a delayed text. Finally received the “Your Pickup is Ready” text at 8:48pm. The pickup area is closed after 8 based on Google. I called the Pickup center to verify if it was okay to still come, the person on the phone confirmed that it was. I arrived a little before 9pm- confirmed my parking number. It is now 9:52- I JUST RECEIVED MY TWO ITEMS!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I had to stop one of the employees & plead him to get my items as there are other cars waiting- as I am feeling worse by the minute. Do not use this service.

Wish they'd fix the AC. I always end up covered in sweat and my kids end up extremely uncomfortable from the humidity inside. Today after a hectic trip with screaming children I accidentally forgot 2 packets of chicken in the shopping cart outside. Once I arrived home I rushed back and Alex ( the red haired representative in Customer Service) was so nice, professional and understanding. She told me to get two new packets of chicken and made the trip worth it with her funny commentary and speedy help.

The pickup isn't so bad but some of what is in the store they don't make available for pickup which makes no sense. The ac doesn't work, I can't even think straight because it's so hot & miserable inside. The lines are ridiculous. Tell me why one line is open and backed up into other departments and they expect everyone to use self check out... what do all those employees get paid to do? Nothing!? They should pay the customer for checking themselves out. And last but not least, WalMart Pay. I find it funny that when I use my app to pay when ordering online it works just fine but they couldn't seem to get it to work in the store. Convenient for WalMart since, as I stated before not all items in the store are available to be ordered online. I'm a single mother who just went back to work after being laid off for two months. I depend on being able to use those apps to make payments to get by. They really need to tighten up. If they are going to offer something as a payment option someone in the store should be able to help.

I live close to main Walmart store. I must say I realize that Walmart is just out to get what they can get from the customers. A lot of times I go in the evening about 9:00 pm to do my shopping. I must say the only register that they have open is the register where you get the cigarettes. Every time I go in that store, "IT NEVER FAILS" the lines are very very long! I nicely walk up to the register (that one register) and let them know, their line is almost to the clothing area. They take their sweet time finding someone to put on the register. I mean every time I go into that store. One day I bought some washing powder and I was standing in line waiting for the register, the top came off of the washing powder and it was all over the floor. This gentleman told me he said "ma'am, your top come off your washing powder, it's all over the floor, you're standing in it." It took them 17 minutes to bring a cone and sit it out there, to inform people there's a hazard situation. I've come to the conclusion Walmart cares nothing about their customers the only thing they care about is, "getting your money." Walmart don't care! They don't care anything of people. Another thing that I noticed, Walmart marks their prices up when it's payday, their prices are always going up. As well as the "Great value items. I remember when Walmart used to care for their employees. I'll be honest to say I hate going to Walmart every time I'll either go to the commissary or to another store.

Make sure you check the expiration dates on literally every food item you buy! I got some groceries July 2 and got yogurts did not look at the date of expiration went to have one today for breakfast and it expired on April 01 2022! 3 months expired and of course I did not keep my grocery receipt from a week ago. Go in today for a couple school supplies and only in there 15 minutes before I feel like I am going to pass out because they have no AC, because it is broken!! A Walmart employee told me it has not worked properly in years and please fill out the survey and complain about the AC. Your employees should not have to work in those conditions, nor should your paying customers while only in there a short time sweat or feel like fainting because you can not fix your air system!
