No matter how much time has passed between visits Mike never forgets me. Always has me taken care of and always making each visit personal. I wish I could steal him from you guys but he is loyal and I love that about him as well. Anyone else I encounter always greets me and is always pleasant to work with. Yall got this customer service down baby.

Ashley I believed was the rude lady name. Very uncooperative she seem to act like she was the owner of Aaron’s. Threatening me that they can come anytime to get items. I have paid 12 weeks of payments and my hard earned money towards my account. The ezpay on the app don’t allow you to setup payments so that’s one thing I can literally sue this company about for lying and providing false information to the customer. But I really felt dissatisfaction with the way she handle the situation. Again it’s the company products not Ashley products I hope she get moved to deliver not take phone calls.

Where do I even begin! So my husband and I went in the other day to finance a lap top. We were made to redo all of our account info with them even though we already have an open account that’s paid on time every month! It took us two hours in the store! While helping us the guy kept stopping and grabbing everyone else too it seemed like no one else was working except that one person! Husband called and asked for a service to be performed on our washer they say they will be here between 11 and 4 giving us no set time! People have things to do! We are paying for this service and expect better! Once what we have is paid we will never do buisness with them again! Nor to I recommend anyone else to!

So I have recently bought a furniture set from Arron’s and I have been getting bit a lot all over my body. I have reached out to pest control and they told me that the couches have had bed bugs in it for about 3-5 months due to it having adult/mature bed bugs baby and eggs. I have reached out and I feel as a costumer they have not taken my problem seriously. I have just gotten out of surgery and I can not even live in my own home. This is outrageous and I want them to know that this is unacceptable. If anyone has had this happen to them please reach out. I am needing all the help I can get.

These have to be the most nasty people I have ever met. I should have listened to my instinct and never went back to them for a purchase. They are money hungry and only care about themselves. Lord forbid anyone get into financial crisis due to illness because they don’t care.. if y’all have to get new furniture just save your money up. It’s not worth it. Aaron’s makes you not to work withs a rent to own place ever again. The worst decision of my life is getting furniture with them. Almost done paying for the items I have and I got behind again aduento my daughter being in the hospital Again on life’s upport and the shorty as manager threatened lawsuit on me if I didn’t come up with the money. I will Never do business with this company again I will forever let people know of their ways and not willing to help customers I truly hate this company and their new management. If you are looking to get something from them DONT. They don’t not care about your circumstances and I hope Aaron’s closes business real soon.

kinda sketchy. also when I told them I wasn't going to buy or sign anything that day they kind of changed attitude. Didnt even say goodbye to us or see you tomorrow so we didnt come back tomorrow. sorry but customer service means a lot and claiming "last model" isn't going to work.

Just moved to Hinesville from California and I needed furniture and was told to go into Aaron’s here in town, so I did. And it was one of the best decisions I could have done! The employees there Amy and Mike we’re phenomenal and very polite. Now I can’t wait to receive my purchase!! This is a must go to store when looking for furniture or electronics!!
