I think they are just extremely understaffed. They started accepting tricare after Walmart stopped. I switched here for that reason and I’m sure a lot of others did as well. Hopefully the wait times get better.

Covid Test at 11:20, arrived at 11:10- at least 6 cars ahead of me. Still in line with 3 cars ahead of me at 11:42. Update: pulled out of the line at 12:05. I would rather purchase an at home test.

CVS Pharmacy is a helpful, friendly pharmacy. You may have to wait in line, but it’s worth it. I find it easier to come inside rather than go through the drive thru because the line inside seems to move faster. Be mindful that the pharmacy closes from 1:30-2:00pm every day for lunch.

Worst Pharmacy ever, they constantly try to change you Prescriptions to generics even though the generics cost more than the brand in some cases with a coupon. They never have your prescriptions on time and they have the worst customer service. Everything they tried to say they couldn’t do with medication being brand at the Richmond Hill pharmacy they did and the person in Hinesville tried to tell me they were not going to be able to do it no matter where I went and the sad part about it I have been taking this medicine for 10 years with no issues until I switched to the Hinesville location. Thank God I know my rights as a patient but I feel sorry for all the patients that don’t and they leave without their medication or get overcharged for generics!!

Rude staff. Inconsiderate and racist. Stood in line and was 2nd person in line. All 3 staff members saw me standing there waiting and decided to take all 3 black customers first that was waiting after me. I cussed all 3 staff members( 2 black females and 1 white guy)out for that like I was just standing in life for charity. Their attitude changed real quick and became more respectful to me. Piss poor staffing at CVS pharmacy in Hinesville,Ga. I recommend not using this pharmacy.

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy and store I have ever had to deal with. Waiting in the drive thru at the window for 20 minutes and no one will help you. I see them in the store just ignoring the drive thru. CVS should just shut down this store. Terrible management and terrible employees

Horrible communication with the pharmacist. Absolutely will not be coming back here. Went to get a prescription filled was supposed to get an update. Heard from no one. When I finally called them they said my specific antibiotic was not in stock and would be tomorrow….. could’ve used all of that time to find a different pharmacy. Ridiculous honestly.

Friendly, helpful employees in pharmacy and front of store. Wait times for refills are not long. I love how my refills are automatically filled and CVS texts me. A little wait after my appointment time to get my COVID booster, but not bad. Store is well stocked and clean.

I got my prescription filled here and also bought some meds. They pharmacy is really nice. My first time here and they got everything done in about 10 minutes. I've never had a prescription filled that fast.
