Hands down the best customer service and work in the state. Very friendly staff. Took my truck there about a year ago and they made it brand new. Still no issues to this day. Called for a price quote on a "regular" oil change for a 2005 Ford Focus and was quoted $40-$50. Are these guys kidding? Obviously, because I was a woman, they decided to price gouge. Don't use this business, if there overcharging for an oil change, what else are they overcharging for? Service: Oil change

I went here as a referral from Discount Tire. It was late on a Saturday before a holiday weekend...like 4pm. Something had come loose underneath my vehicle. Not only did Hass take me in and get it fixed in like 20 minutes, he charged me a price so reasonable and fair... like unbelieveably fair! I have found my new mechanic shop. Plus, as he was checking out two customers before me, Hass gave them both good news on their repairs and those customers were happy campers, too. Thanks again Friend's Auto...I will be sure to spread the word!

Awesome service.. needed my trailblazer repaired at the last minute and where other shops couldn't fit me in for 2 days.. Friend's got me in same day with in 2 hours of coming in I was driving out with a repaired vehicle.. I will most definitely be returning for more service in the future

I’ve been to a few mechanics around the area, but none compare to Friend’s Auto here in Garden City. From the great customer service over the phone to the how fast and easy the whole process was in person. Great staff, friendly faces, quick and great prices. There were no gimmick they got straight to the problem and got it all done within 2 hours tops. I can’t recommend them enough, they even offer warranty on the parts and service. Truly made this a wonderful experience, will definitely come back to switch my tires for winter. Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

The back end of my Dodge Nitro on the driver's and passenger side were grinding irritatingly so, after just having so many parts replaced, I was a little concerned that I would have to put more money into it. As I was out running errands I came across Friend's Auto Service. Thinking I would now have to pay for brakes and rotors. I absolutely loved the honesty and humor of the people who work there. They took it for a test drive and it turned out to be something so minor that I was extremely grateful for their honesty and dedication to getting the job done quickly and efficiently, with no stress at all. I have been going to Friends Auto since 2009, and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed....EVER. PERIOD. I remember the day when I first came. I was driving a 1999 Chevy Malibu. They kept that car running for me like no one else could. Ned (retired) and John are the best there is. They have always given me low price quotes, and if the job still required a hefty price, they would do what they could to bring the price down a little. I have referred others to this place because that's how confident I am in their services. In addition, their customer service is superior! They have always treated me and my children with the utmost respect. It is a warm atmospheric type auto repair shop, and not too long ago, they set up a coffee and cold water station for their guests. I highly recommend Friends Auto for all of your auto needs.
