I pick up donations every week from all the KFC's except the one on Wayne Rd. Their chicken there is dry .

Older guy on speaker is passive aggressive, while constantly apologetic, just to receive non fresh and cold food. The place that just misses the mark. Has good intentions, but, lacks the quality standard and it's a shame. Type of place that make you just wanna cook at home. Poor local option.

Why is the lobby closed? it's been closed for the past month! why is this location allowed to do quick pick up when you can't even go inside?! Just plain stupid!

Ours was a takeout order. Although the food was decent, it wasn't at the level of quality that Kentucky Fried Chicken used to be. Not to mention that we received no gravy with our mashed potatoes.

Worst experience ever! I’m calling corporate on this location. My husband and I were polite and trying to order and the employee was pushy with our order and rushing us. He would cut us off in the middle of ordering to do something and comeback. When we tried to clarify our order he cut us off by yelling and telling us he’s making our lemonade before we even finished our order! The rudest experience and I hope this location closes. This is the closest KFC near our home. Never again. So disrespectful!

I ordered 2 famous bowels and they were half full with hard chicken crumbs in the bowl. Called and spoke with Area Manager, "Paul". He seemed short, irritated and unprofessional about my complaint and offered to speak with the person making the food as he rudeky rushed me off the phone. I rarely eat fast food but I definitely won't be returning to this location. I worked as a general manager for 12 years at a restaurant. This location doesnt have friendly management. I hope it closes down!

So, come to find out. Drive-thru prices are different from the ordering on line. That being says, they won't put the 5 dollars back on a gift card. So I called the 1800 number. We'll, got a gift certificate for 20. So I got more then 5 dollars back in a certificate.

Lightning fast drive-thru service, food was made hot and fresh. The gentleman working drive-thru was very kind and assured me he would be with me shortly and got me taken care of quickly.
