I needed to switch from my current Sprint plan and phone to a T-Mobile device. LuJane was amazing! She helped me choose the best phone to accommodate the features that were important to me. She also helped switch over all of the important info from my old phone and gave me a GREAT deal on the price. She was professional, yet friendly and personable. Would highly recommend this location and LuJane is a gem!

When I arrived to this store I wish to take my phone and put a t-mobile Sim into my device since it was a sprint phone and doing so allows better phone service. I went to two different stores and they told me they couldn't do it but Sam right away said he can do it with no issue and he was bouncing back and forth with me and another customer taking care of us both in a timely fashion and answering all questions that came to mind. Also another employee MD helped me out as well when it came to questions about the Samsung devices since in the future I wish to upgrade my device he explained each device I had questions about with great detail without second guessing himself. Sam and MD are the main guys you want to talk to when to arrive at this location. Very friendly and helpful and for now on this is my location to come back to

09/12/2020 Romario is among the best in customer service! He was very willing to help me without hesitation especially being a senior who is not the greatest with modern technology. He was very polite, respecful and encouraged me to return to his store should I have further issues. I DID have to return and he had the same disposition. He solved all of issues expeditiously and I was more than pleased!!! If could've given him 10 stars I certainly would have!! J.Price

I walked into T-Mobile, and I was greeted instantly by a man named Ibrahim. I always had bad experiences with phone store employees but Ibrahim had a different attitude towards his job. Honestly I felt a connection with him. He showed me all the latest phones and gear then I began to sweat and think to myself. “Is it really possible for a T-Mobile employee to be this helpful, caring and nice. Honestly this is a man I can sit down on a Saturday night, drink a cold one and watch sports with.” The way he inspired me to get the iPhone 12 Pro Max was truly award winning. Honestly to all T-Mobile customers Ibrahim is your guy, this man will take care of you better then your wife. I later invited Ibrahim to my estate in Beverly Hills, Michigan where we drank that cold one and watched the latest sports event. You might ask how did I get in contact with this man, well it was thanks to my new iPhone 12 Pro Max.

12/24/2020 Just visited the Tmobile store on Middlebelt rd in Garden City. Romario Elisa was exceptional. I called after the store closed but he waited on me to arrive and was happy to help me. He was patient, thorough and professional. He had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I am a very happy customer. Thank you Romario.

I had a lot of questions about whether to upgrade or not, and Omar guided me through every answer. He made sure my questions were answered and helped me through every step throughout the upgrade process. When I came back in with questions on how to transfer my data, he took time to guide and help me through the process. One of the nicest and funniest guys out there.

I've been a T-Mobile customer for 7 years, but my experience at this location has me seriously considering changing my mobile service. What good is a mobile service when you actually need customer service and don't get it? I went to this location because my phone was not holding a charge and the charging cable I purchased twice, (Belkin)would not charge the phone. All the employee offered was to purchase another cable or buy a new phone. I left the store like I came in; with a phone that was not operating properly. I called 611 and got lucky to get John on the phone. He set up a warranty exchange for me and a refurbished phone was sent to this location in 2 or 3 days. I was relieved. I went into the store to pick up my phone. The employee started the process but it all came to a screeching stop when he said the screen in damaged so I can't proceed. He the pointed out a tiny surface scratch that would happen through normal use. I asked him to call their corporate office. Another employee chimed in and said "she can call from her own phone." I did so. I explained to the corporate employee what the situation was and asked what the protocol is for a warranty exchange. He found the procedure and read it 3 times so that the store employee could hear. "scratches are not a reason to deny a warranty exchange". The employees defied what the corporate office said and refused to process the transaction. I returned to the store the next day and spoke with the manager and he was not helpful at all. The corporate office sent a refurbished phone directly to me the next day. I took the new phone to the branch on Michigan Ave to have my contacts and info transferred. While there, without saying anything about my experience at the Garden City location, I asked the manager to examine the phone for a Warranty exchange. No problem. I pointed out the tiny surface scratch and she didn't have an issue with it . Transaction completed. But! This whole situation was a total unnecessary inconvenience to me (the customer). Running to and fro, with a phone that not working properly, trying to deal with employers who don't want to help. T-Mobile is only as good as the employees they hire to service their customers, not just sale phones and accessories. These are the problems I experienced: 1. The Belkin charging cable is garbage and should not be recommended by T-Mobile. 2. At my first visit to the Garden City location, something should have been done to address the fact that I have a phone that is not operating properly. 3. On the second visit when I requested that a call be made to corporate, the employee should have been willing to make the call. The employee should have complied with the corporate office. 4. There's a breakdown somewhere in the training when understanding is different from one location to the other.

Needed to switch my number onto a different phone, and Romario was awesome. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. He was very helpful and got the entire transaction done quickly and smoothly! Will definitely be using this as my T-Mobile store from now on.

Romaro and I have had our 3rd encounter and its been excellent each time. Taking the time to listen to what I need vs trying to shove a product down my throat feels good. QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE is rare and I'm grateful for this young man's service.
