Always an absolute nightmare picking up Rx from here. It’s always something. Every single time. I wait forever in the drive through (if it’s open), they’ll tell me it’s ready when it’s not, then the pick up process takes 15 minutes, etc etc. Read the other reviews, seems like a common issue with everyone. Time for Kroger to take a serious look at this pharmacy and staff.

I gave them 3 stars because there's never a line be it in store or drive thru. Yes, 90% of the time my Rx is messed up because they only run my primary insurance and not my secondary. But hey when your coming from Kroger Norwood Pharm what I get at Marburg is top knock service.

Terrible experience every single time I use the Oakley Kroger. The prescriptions are never ready on time. When I go to pick up the prescriptions, I’ve had to wait 30-45 minutes or even come back. This last time, I was told it was ready via a text message. When I went to pick It up, I was told at the window that they didn’t have it in stock. They said they would order it and it would be there soon. Long story short, after two trips to pick it up, I had the prescription moved to a different location and picked it up that day. This morning, I called to have another prescription moved and was told “they just had opened and they (the pharmacist) didn’t have time to help me since they are so swamped. I highly discourage anyone from using this phatmacy. Take your business somewhere where it is appreciated and the employees are actually nice and helpful.

We have been into this store to visit the pharmacy multiple times to fill a prescription for one of our dogs. The medicine is a controlled substance and it is hard to find places to fill it in the quantity we need. Unfortunately, ever time we come here we have a worse experience than the time before. In the last three visits that I can recall, we have been quoted inaccurate pick up times by techs, we have been told our prescription was ready when it wasn't over and over again, we have wasted countless hours waiting in line and sitting around for prescriptions that will never be filled because the medicine isn't even there, etc. This isn't even the most frustrating thing to me, although it is EXTREMELY frustrating. There is no accountability and no one there will take responsibility for anything. I have pointed out the techs in the past few visits who gave me the faulty information and the person I am talking to won't even go speak to them about the incident. The past two times, I have watched the tech walk back and forth over and over again to the pharmacist to ask questions because they don't care enough to just come talk to me themselves. There isn't even a hint of empathy or a apology to be found with these associates. I understand it might not be their fault directly, but there is obviously some break down with this team and they could at least act like they care. When I asked the tech tonight, Jordan, who I could issue a formal complaint with, the pharmacist, Allen, who was a few feet behind him didn't even look at me. Jordan didn't know and had to ask someone else who said that I could call your 1-800 number without even stopping again to acknowledge me. I called the number and stayed on hold the entire drive home and no one ever picked up. As someone who has worked in management for big box retail for over years, I can't imagine ever being in this situation and not trying to at least intervene and apologize. Pathetic. The worst part? I have to go back again tomorrow to try and get this medicine that my dog desperately needs and hope that it will be there while I wait in line and waste my time again. Once this is done, we will travel as far as we need to never come back to this or any Kroger in the future. Im sure no one will read this or care, so we are left to speak through our wallet. My advice to anyone thinking about using this pharmacy, is to look elsewhere. It will save you a lot of time and frustration.

Tried calling to confirm if it was ready both times prior to coming in and no one answered. You'd think they would prioritize medications where never missing a dose is essential but apparently not. I've had three prescriptions filled at this location and two of those experiences have been absolutely awful. I will not be back to this Marburg location. It's a joke.

Staff is usually very friendly but this is one of the slowest pharmacies around. As mentioned in other reviews the auto refill/text minder system never works right. They will say they’re calling your doctors for prescriptions but never get a response for you. They will say they will have your prescriptions ready in 10-15 mins (when they were already supposed to be ready) and then make you wait 30-45 instead. In this case I have been calling them and my doctor for 3 days to get refills and both parties told me they would be filled 2 days ago. Got a call that my doctor personally spoke to the pharmicist here at 8:30 this morning showed at 4:10 and was told they weren’t set to be ready until 5:30 pm and I need to wait 15 mins... let’s see how long I actually wait while they have casual conversations..... Again... waited an hour for a prescription just to find out they can’t even fill it because they don’t have it in stock... a script I’ve been taking for over a year and filling at this same pharmacy. My husband went to fill it and was told 20 mins, came back in 40 and still wasn’t ready. Told him they would fill them and took another 20 mins to tell him they actually don’t have enough and can only give him a couple to hold me over until they get more. I called to get more information and find out why I can’t get them from another location and the lady was very rude and told me since they partially filled it I HAVE to get it from them and there’s no other option and that the medicine is on back order and SHOULD be in stock by the time the 3 days they gave me runs out.... she told me there’s no way for me to get my prescription until they get it in. I asked why they waited an hour to tell my husband this and she said it was only her and one other technician and they were too busy. THIS PHARMACY SUCKS! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOUR TIME MEANS ANYTHING TO YOU!!
