I had a scheduled appointment for a DOT Physical at 9am. These people call me ONE HOUR before the appointment and tell me that they don't have a certified person for DOT physicals! She sounded like she didn't care at all. Why do you guys confirm appointments if you don't have a certified person for that??? That was a serious waste of my time - that was my only day in Cincinnati, and I came specially to visit the clinic. Shame on you, guys. You're not the clinic, you're a fake. Completely unprofessional.

Very bad experience. I went early, I was the only one there and had to wait for a long time. Examine room was unclean and a big insect was squished on the floor and no one bothered to clean. They run three tests COVID, flu and respiratory infection. Received the COVID results next day and never received the results for the other two tests. Kept calling for results, they said they will call me. They never did. Tired of waiting and my symptoms getting worst I went to dr. Office and they immediately gave me a prescription. Terrible service. Useless calling center. Don’t advice going there for medical attention plus it is a waist of time and money

Highly advise against going to this little clinic. I went in for a basic flu shot and ended up with cellulitis in my arm the next day due to carelessness by the doctor. She administered the shot in the wrong place on my arm causing major injection site inflammation, leading to other complications. A routine flu shot here forced a trip to my primary care doctor and a week of strong antibiotics. I would recommend going elsewhere for treatment.

Today this is my review: Terrible location. Horrific service. The call center is useless and offers no accountability for terrible service. No way to speak to managers or supervisors, I don't recommend anyone comes here for anything. Bad service, incorrect diagnoses, no accountability or care for their patients. 3 years ago this was my review. The nurse practitioner tried to tell me a sinus infection was allergies. I have a mild to high fever and it started 3 days ago. I've never had allergies before. She was too lazy to diagnose me. Don't bother going here, go to the urgent care in trihealth instead. Better staff, quicker service and same prices.

The nurse will ask you for your symptoms at the desk which is in front of all the check out lanes with anyone walking by able to hear your personal medical information. The nurse practitioner will tell you to just lie if you're uncomfortable sharing this info infront of others... I went to an appointment on Wednesday and was misdiagnosed. I went again on Sunday after the medication made no difference to my condition. I was given what I believe is probably an accurate diagnosis today but at this point it is unlikely that the medication will make a difference because it should be started within 72 hours and I'm now in day 5... Not impressed.

Save your time and money and don't go here. My family members have strep throat. I went in to get tested for strep since I couldn't get into my PCP. Every employee seemed very disinterested. NP came in, said my strep test came back negative (cheap little strip test). She then checked my throat. Said there was swelling, redness, and pus. Not the kind associated with strep. I was told it is just a viral infection. Then the NP said I was good to go and tried to rush me out of the door (with no one else I'm waiting area). I wasn't even told what to take to treat the "viral infection" i have. I had to ask her for a note for work. Will never go here again and now have to go spend money somewhere else to get a better opinion. Hopefully from someone who actually seems like they care about people's well-being.

Nope. Spend the extra time to see a doctor or go to an urgent care, save the money. I’ve gone twice- the first time I knew I had strep, but my quick test was negative. So, they sent it out and it came back positive (duh)...3 days I continued to be contagious until they called in antibiotics. This time I went in with ear pain, they irrigated my ear but didn’t address the major pain. I’ll have to schedule with my ENT, should have just done that in the first place. Also, the lump under my ear is a swollen lymph node, not a cyst! It usually accompanies an ear infection, probably swimmers ear. Just did a better job diagnosing myself!

First time using the LIttle Clinic Harper's Point today. Went in with a low grade fever, coughing, etc...told the disinterested girl at the front desk that I thought I had bronchitis. MA toolk me to the treatment room and said "So, you are having sinus issues?" and I said "No, upper respiratory". Gave her my symptoms. The nurse practitioner, Sienna, came in adn said "So, you are having sinus problems?" and I said "No, upper respiratory." and went on to explain my coughing, sweating, etc, she decided that my lungs were clear so I had allergies. I said although I do have alelrgies, this is not allergies...I have had bronchitis 30 plus times in my life, my lungs always sound clear but I cough adn etc, etc.... She would not even listen and didn't even get the fact that I had a low grade fever right then! She would not get off the allergy thing. Asked me what I take for allergies...are you kidding me?! I am coughign my head off, have a fever and she wants to discuss Zyrtec!!! Never, never, ever going to use a Little clinic again.

I was the only one there when they opened and I still had to wait quite some time before I could see the doctor. Once I finally did see her, she gave me a strep test, saw it was negative, and sent me home without anything to help with my symptoms. I got progressively worse over the next 1-2 days and ended up going to an urgent care where they realized I had an infection and gave me antibiotics to get rid of it. I won't be visiting The Little Clinic ever again. They charged me over $100 for that useless visit, not counting the cost of the strep test.

I had a very positive experience with this Little Clinic. I was able to reserve a spot online, show up, and was seen within minutes. Both nurse practitioners were very helpful and proactive with treatment. I felt like my cocerns were addressed and everyone was friendly. Thank you Little Clinic!
