Best medical clinic in Cincinnati, Ohio (OH) 2025

I had a scheduled appointment for a DOT Physical at 9am. These people call me ONE HOUR before the appointment and tell me that they don't have a certified person for DOT physicals! She sounded like she didn't care at all. Why do you guys confirm appointments if you don't have a certified person for that??? That was a serious waste of my time - that was my only day in Cincinnati, and I came specially to visit the clinic. Shame on you, guys. You're not the clinic, you're a fake. Completely unprofessional. ~D

Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I have even received phone calls the following day to check on the status of recovery. It’s my number 1 go to when going all way to my PC dr is inconvenient. ~Cat

Great staff! Both of the ladies that helped me today were so kind and addressed all of my concerns. They were patient and did not rush me. The place was very clean and well organized. I highly recommend them! ~Amber

If I could have picked any other urgent care that was closer to me, I would have. I get in. No one in the lobby is being required to wear a mask. None of the front desk people were wearing masks. I was there for a drug test, for a new job, signed in, did everything I was supposed to do. I was there for something that should have taken maybe 10-15 minutes. I was sitting in the lobby prior to actually being called back for almost 45 minutes. Mind you I came with a FULL BLADDER. There was some doctor or some guy back behind the counter that kept going on about his Red Bull side hustle or something, and it just infuriated me. The entire time he was talking to those front desk ladies he could have spent actually doing some work, but he stood there in his little jersey going on about Red Bull vending machines for about 25 minutes before I got called back. ~Silver
