Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I have even received phone calls the following day to check on the status of recovery. It’s my number 1 go to when going all way to my PC dr is inconvenient.

There were only two people ahead of me; none of us were seen for the first hour of sitting there. In total I waited for 2 hours. I just received both an email and text message informing me my child’s COVID test results are in, however none of the links they provide work (did they mis-enter my info? Not sure), and when I press to speak to a representative, I am not put on hold, but rather told by computer voice that the “person I wish to speak with does not have a valid voice mailbox.” This happens over and over again. So it looks like I have to get in my car and drive back down there if I want my results!

I called to schedule an appointment and the lady on the phone said it was scheduled for tomorrow. The next day, I left work to make my appointment only to be told that it was made for the day after. They did not try to squeeze me in, they asked me to wait until all other patients were done even though it was their mistake.

I have been using the little clinic for various things for a while now. I have been to several locations in greater Cincinnati k and northern Kentucky and have been happy with them until I visited this one. I can’t even describe the snark and attitude. The guy who helped me probably thought he is Chidi from the Good Place. I guess I know which location to avoid now. They certainly have a Hyde park attitude.

They were extremely busy when I got there, which is understandable considering the current pandemic. I regret not getting the name of the physician who saw me, but she was delightful. She was doing an excellent job at handling how busy the place was.

I needed a negative Covid test to travel to Canada to see my fiancé. Due to the border opening, there has been a major increase in testing. The staff at this location stayed an hour later and went above and beyond to ensure that my test results got to me in time to cross the border. I can't say enough good things about them. They truly care about their patients and work extremely hard to help them.

"Walk ins are welcome" So says their website. Then I get there and they say they can't see me because they have appointments booked the rest of the night until close. If they can't see walk-ins in addition to their scheduled appointments then don't advertise as such. I'm better off schedule with my primary doctor.

The person at the front desk input my insurance information wrong for a flu shot. So, I recieved a bill for an advertised free flu shot. I called the main customer service line and couldn't get through. Then, I called this location and they found the issue and resubmitted my insurance information. Two months later, I called their customer service back because it still does not show up on my insurance. It was input wrong again and I still have an outstanding bill. It shouldn't be this hard to get a flu shot.

Brought a friend in with an infected burn, saw us promptly (less than 23 minutes), gave them a prescription for an antibiotic and advice on how to bandage it, for $89. The prescription cost a bit more but were able to get them a generic brand to save money and we were in and out within 50 minutes. Everyone we dealt with were kind, efficient and effective.

Went here around noon. Handed over my insurance and said "Is this accepted here?" The receptionist said "Yes, but the doctor JUST left on lunch, sorry! If you want to see them it'll be about an hour wait. Then we'll get you signed in." So I get a coffee and sit to wait an hour. About an hour and a half later they reopen, and I go to sign in. I hand over my ID and insurance card and the same receptionist says "Oh, we don't accept this insurance! You'll have to pay an $80 copay." Really?? I understand a mistake but to have me wait an hour to sign in and then just tell me 'I can't do anything!' Without even an apology? Talk about poor customer service.
