I called to schedule an appt for an oil change and they were able to get me n within a few days. When I got there, the guys were all very friendly and they took my car right in. After finishing my oil change, the mechanic took me out to look at a couple things under my vehicle to show me a few things that needed to be fixed. He was very nice and easily explained to me why it needed to be fixed. He gave me a cost estimate and was able to schedule me another appt within a week. Very fast and friendly service! The VIP in Norway is wonderful! We scheduled an oil change for the following day. They brought to my attention that there were some automotive issues that I was completely unaware of. They took time to explain to me what the issues were and were able to quote prices for said issues. The staff was knowledgeable, kind and helpful! These guys got me in last minute with no appointment. They did not once judge me for how overdue my car was. They also offered us waters, checked in on us, and engaged with my son while we waited.
