This is a travesty to the postal system of the U.S.. Absolute appalling service, terrible delivery people, and no etiquette. I have tried calling here and have never received an answer. I have gone into this location and have been met with the rudest customer service I have EVER encountered. The older gentleman behind the counter is one of the worst customer-facing employees I have ever heard of. You see these viral videos of terrible customer service and employees being extremely rude and you think that would never happen in this nice small town. Well, here he is. I went in with a package that I guess was labeled incorrectly? I was told I could not send the package out because I packed it wrong. He would not explain what I did wrong only to go to the website to receive information on how to do it correctly then loudly ask for the next person and then continue to be rude to her. I brought the package over to the South Paris post office who took it, told me the price, and sent it out without an issue and with a smile on their face. The stark contrast is absurd. The delivery person who does my area is astounding. Constantly complains about mailboxes that have been there for 30-plus years, yet he is the first to have a problem with them. Being rude to residents because of weather conditions. The mail is delivered very sporadically as well. Some days we go 2/3 days without mail and then get a large stack all at once. Along with this, I have had several packages go missing within the last year which has never happened up until 2021 in the 13 years I have lived here. The packages usually coming from eBay or checks from various business dealings. This needs to be addressed and calls and complaints have already been brought to the attention of the Portland office. That man in the office needs to be in a position away from customers, the office itself needs to stop hiring people who lack common decency, and then maybe it will be bearable. ~INverted1166

I just wanna say how absolutely wonderful this dealership and service department are. I had an inspection appointment scheduled and had thought it was in Norway, but it was actually in Auburn. I didn’t realize until I got to the service window in Norway. Tom, the service manager, said it was no problem and they would do the inspection there and then. Now that is excellent customer service. I felt terrible, but Tom was so understanding. I will be recommending Lee in Norway to anyone who will listen!!!! The sales department was so friendly and helped to make me not feel so bad for my mess up. Thank you all!!!!!!!! ~Jenn

The store associate that helped me with my order was a bit grumpy because he was not given his daily treats, apparently because he ate a couple packages of dog treats the night before. Despite this he still allowed some head scratches and was very polite. 5/5 stars. ~Anthony

Fabulous little brewery with fantastic food. Burgers are grass fed beef, super fresh and delicious and fries were awesome. Jamie the bartender was friendly, helpful and a true professional. Thrilled that we chose to come here. ~Michelle

Honestly the best experience I've had in a restaurant since moving to Maine 1 year ago and we have tried many many restaurants all over the state! The service was really good. The woman was super nice, attentive and kind. I had the Fish and Chips and can say without a doubt it was the best Fish I've ever had in my life. I mentioned to the waitress how much I loved it and she told me fresh fish was delivered there daily which I love that! My husband had the Party Melt and says he wishes they used more seasoning but the burger was cooked to perfection and the grilled rye bread had a great colour and texture to it. Once he added a bit of salt it was good to go. My 3 year old son had a burger and fries and it was the first burger we've ever gotten him to finish in any restaurant so I'd say he really likes it! The restaurant seemed clean and of course has such a beautiful view. They have options for both indoor and outdoor seating but we choose indoor today because it's hot and I have a small child. We are definitely impressed with this place and now consider it our favourite restaurant in Maine and we only live 15 minutes away so looking forward to coming back again and I hope next time will be as good be consistent. :) ~Jessa

We went to the store to frame a new piece of art. The owner completely knows what he's doing and is passionate about what he does. His pricing is very reasonable. We were completely satisfied. ~Jim

The VIP in Norway is wonderful! We scheduled an oil change for the following day. They brought to my attention that there were some automotive issues that I was completely unaware of. They took time to explain to me what the issues were and were able to quote prices for said issues. The staff was knowledgeable, kind and helpful!
