Website issue that nobody in corporate office wants to take care of. I tried to purchase a grill with my 30% off for signing up. What the online ordering did was purchased it then immediately refunded the money. I tried it again at full price and it did the exact same thing. I called norway store and they gave me corporate number to call. Two calls later and all I'm getting is a runaround from Lisa in customer service. Now the website thinks I used my 30% discount. Which is not right because something is wrong with the website.

If you shop here go before 2 P. M. because the morning crew gets an A+ on their report card. I always get what I need here in the morning because the staff is always willing to help me out when I walk in the door, because I am disabled they help me get everything, and then help me to the checkout and then carry everything out to my truck for me. A+ all the way around for them. The afternoon crew gets an F on their report card. I need weather stripes for the bottom of bottom doors and I need to replace the weather strip on the doorframe on the backdoor frame, Well being on crutches and I need help to carry things the one young lady that I asked for help to get the things that I needed just pointed to where the things were, I got everything and was trying to carry it to the checkout and I dropped it all, a different young lady was working the checkout waiting on a customer, and the other young lady that pointed disappeared into thin air and the young man working also disappeared into thin air. Leaving this one girl to wait on the customers, and I know they didn't want to wait on me. So as for their grades on their report card Cashier receives all A+'s Young man receives all F's Other young lady Pointer receives all F's It's sad that you never know when someone will be grading for the work that you do, weather it's your Manager, District Manager, A Customer, or even a secret shopper. Over all the store was clean, customers could move around the inside of store with no problems, however the outside steps were icy because I dropped what I bought down the steps along with my crutches so that I could grab the railing so that I didn't fall down the steps too. So for keeping the steps safe for customer safety Second Shift gets an F .

I have going to Aubuchon's for years. I have seen the absolute best staff go above and beyond to help folks. I know quite a few of the staff by name. Over the years, I have gone in with some of the weirdest requests and with the help of staff, we figured out home engineered projects. Keep smiling and I will be in soon with another homestead project.

Ordered propane tank on line, got email that it was ready to pick up, paid on line. Got to store young man said yes right here it’s out side. Said I wanted tank filled he said I’ll meet you out there. Filled tank and off I went. Thank you for outstanding service even with a smile!
