Very satisfying. The pizza was hot and delicious. The service was good bc and the staff was courteous. The only minor issue is that the dining table was not as clean as I would have preferred. I believe that is probably because, if I had to hazard a guess, probably 90% of their business is take out. However...

Dirty dinning aria. Staff cussing back and forth loudly. Just unprofessional and not clean. Wanted us to pay for nomal things like to use the garlic shaker.

Our delivery took over 2 hours and when we called the store they were incredibly rude despite our trying to be understanding of the weather conditions. The man on the phone was entirelt unprofessional and raised his voice at my wife when he confused our order with another. Our pizza was old and tasted as if it had been sitting for a while and was reheated. Everything about this experience was unacceptable.

Cancelled my delivery order out of nowhere after making me wait over an hour. Refused to pick up the phone when I tried to call the store to sort this out. -------------------------------------- Order arrived within minutes of posting this review. I ORDERED A SPECIALTY PIZZA, BBQ SAUCE AS MY SAUCE. THE VERY FIRST TIME I ORDERED THE PIZZA, THE BBQ SAUCE WAS EVIDENT, YOU COULD SEE AND TASTE IT. EVER SINCE, THEY KEEP PUTTING THE SAUCE ON THE SIDE. THE PIZZA IS DRY. I CALLED THE STORE AND WAS ONLY GIVEN AN APOLOGY FOLLOWED BY INSTRUCTIONS TO CALL THE STORE NEXT TIME!! THE SAUCE IS SUPPOSED TO BE EVIDENT JUST LIKE WHEN YOU ORDER A REGULAR PIZZA WITH MARINARA.

Pizza Hut crushed it again! The pan pizza, the cheesesticks, and the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls were all spectacular. The delivery was not only accurate, but it was also delivered in a timely basis on a busy Friday night. The delivery man was also very nice and made some other recommendations on specials for the future. I will definitely order again!

I ordered online via pizza hut website, took an hour and half for order to go out. Still waited for nearly an hour when it was "out for delivery" then when I called the restaurant they said door dash should've delivered my order (didn't even use that service) and just kept saying it should've been delivered. All around confusing and still never received my food.
