Don't come here early morning. As I've seem mentioned here, the manager here is always yelling at customers. If had to take a quick call. I was at a pump with absolutely no other customers there. He comes up, and completely loses it, pretending there are all these cars waiting. It was really strange. I'm not coming back.

Vac DOES NOT WORK! They WILL NOT refund or assist. Call shell corporate immediately if you run into same issue.

Bad gas station, small dirty, And the mark up on cigarettes and other things is crazy. VA standards are around 6.50 per pack they charged me an extra 9 dollars for a set of 2. 25 dollers for 2 packs, and sadly i let them take advantage of me.

Worse experience. Very rude employee I stopped there on my way home to vacuum my car , but the vacuum was out of service and I already paid . So when I got in to find out ,this lady was soo rude and disrespectful asking me to call the number on the vacuum. Don’t stop there if you don’t want ur day to be ruined

Great station but the worker named Anu is extremely disrespectful to customers. Also the store has a minimum of $5 purchase even if you spent $30 on gas. Seems like the owner is very petty.

Advertised prices be they CASH or CREDIT are EQUAL: Add in SUPER Tuesday is 20¢ OFF per Gallon 93 Octane Super Unleaded (93OSU) (Making it the same price as MID Grade Unleaded), increases you $AVING$ . STACK ON EITHER: Giant Food GAS points (GF-GP) OR Shell Fuel Rewards (S-FR) potentially Savings of $1.70/Gallon OFF 93OSU. USING GF-GP's limits your purchase to a max of 20 Gallons. Thursday = 5¢ OFF Any Grade and Stackable with either GF+GP's (20 Gal MAX purchase) or S-FR. (NOTE: For Comparison Only: Safeways FUEL program limits the Savings to 20¢ OFF Gallon of Any Grade and a MAX purchase of 25 Gallons of Fuel AND is NOT honored at this Shell Station.) Use Caution and have patience arriving/leaving (- 1 STAR) for the awkward location between the USPS OFFICE and next to the Gaithersburg City MARC Train Station/Tracks makes for a potentially dangerous entrance/exit of the station.
