Poor service with phone calls and telecommunications. If you are a tech savvy bank elsewhere. I am unable to send money through cash up. The feedback says the bank declined the payment and asked me to check my debit card number or the bank. Nothing is wrong with my debit number. I have called several times. It says "connecting to Montgomery branch", it rings about twice then hangs up on me after wasting time with the Automated machine

This is the location where I opened my first checking account. That was about 10 years ago. Mobile banking took over since then but I found myself going to this branch to make a deposit. The line was under a 1 minute wait, and the deposit occurred in the next 3 minutes. About a 5 minute detour for me. Very good experience even after all those years.

They never pick up the phone. Was transferred to main Citi phone line which said "we are having technical difficulties" and it hung up... seems like there is no way to reach a rep.

doesn’t know how to pick up a phone call. called OVER 10 times and each one was sent to voicemail (you can tell by how many rings the phone does). workers rude/lazy. i’ve never felt that inclined to make a review but i’ve also never been so extremely upset about a business. doing a horrible job to represent Citibank. will reconsider hosting accounts there

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I BEEN A CITIBANK BANK CUSTOMER OVER 2 YEARS NOW I CAME IN TODAY TO DO A DEPOSIT THE TELLER HAD A ATTITUDE I ASKED HER A QUESTION SHE DIDNT GIVE A RESPONSE AND LOOKED AT ME LIKE IM DUMB. SO I HAD TO CALL THE MAIN CITIBANK NUMBER TO MAKE SURE MY ACCOUNT WAS GOOD AND THEY HELPED ME OUT GREAT. ALSO I SAY HELLO TO THE OTHER TELLER THE SPANISH ONE AND NO RESPONSE LIKE I WAS TALKING TO HER A**. THIS BRANCH IS HORRIBLE RUDE STAFF DON’T KNOW ANYTHING NEVER COMING AGAIN, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEY GET NEW STAFF OR THEY WE LOSE CUSTOMERS WITH THIER NASTY ATTITUDE! I cannot believe how unprofessional their services are. I just wanna make sure if this branch will open on next Saturday because of Easter holidays, the person on the phone cannot give me the answer. Then she asked me to say Spanish!? Hello, I only speak English. She cannot understood my English and then asked me to call citi 24 hours CS line. Hey, I just want to know your branch open day and hour and you cannot answer me. Furthermore, you asked me to call to your 24 hours CS line? She did not give me answer and quickly ended our conversation by hanging up the phone. I am definitely going to close all of my accounts in your bank. On my way.

The City of Gaithersburg closed the building due to structure issues. So the bank is temporarily closed. They are expecting to reopen in 3 weeks
