5 Best bank in Gaithersburg, Maryland (MD) 2024

Poor service with phone calls and telecommunications. If you are a tech savvy bank elsewhere. I am unable to send money through cash up. The feedback says the bank declined the payment and asked me to check my debit card number or the bank. Nothing is wrong with my debit number. I have called several times. It says "connecting to Montgomery branch", it rings about twice then hangs up on me after wasting time with the Automated machine ~benedict

I wouldn’t want to do it because the check I had wasn’t allowed me to snap when I tried on my phone. It was too bright on the face of the check. I decided to deposit it at the drive through on 2/11/2022 around 3:15pm. I put the check through the tube and waited for 15 minutes and noticed the car next window drove up after me drove off before me. I pressed the button and told the teller to send back my check and went to Wells Fargo. Worst customer service and have no consideration of people’s time. If you want good customer service go to Wells Fargo Bank. ~D

Been coming to this location since 2015. Drive thru ATM is always in service and tellers inside have always been pleasant. I’m grateful to have a reliable CO in the area ~Bunny

Do not open a business account in this bank.. I opened a business account at this location 3 weeks ago. Every check I have deposited has been placed on hold. I have been given Sandra personal number to call every week in order to have my funds released. I have over $2,000 in my business account to keep from receiving a service fee. And over $4,000 in my personal And even with that accumulative balance they still hold my checks valued at $800 Can someone please explain this to me ? Is this how TD is doing business ? Beware go bank somewhere else. I will be closing my account with them I was looking at other reviews with similar issues. My advice to everyone who TD bank has frozen your accounts go to your local court office and file a breach of contract with the company. ~Jose

I couldn't thank Jerrel enough for helping me yesterday! I lost my debit card and I'm leaving out the country on Monday. Although he had an appointment he was happy to squeeze me in and rush deliver my card so that it came in time. Thank you for your excellent customer service. ~Sophia
