Do not open a business account in this bank.. I opened a business account at this location 3 weeks ago. Every check I have deposited has been placed on hold. I have been given Sandra personal number to call every week in order to have my funds released. I have over $2,000 in my business account to keep from receiving a service fee. And over $4,000 in my personal And even with that accumulative balance they still hold my checks valued at $800 Can someone please explain this to me ? Is this how TD is doing business ? Beware go bank somewhere else. I will be closing my account with them I was looking at other reviews with similar issues. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Sullen employees, only one drive-in lane working and 30-35 minutes wait times in the drive-in lanes. There also appears to be no current manager at this branch to observe and rectify the drive-in backups that are commonplace now (Aug. 2020). No problems at the Germantown branch though. Avoid this Gaithersburg branch if your time has any value at all.

They took care of a problem here that required a good amount of time to review every transaction on my debit card (which I think took someone at the branch a good day to do). Kudos to them for fixing a mistake that another TD Bank made.Very attentive staff that wants to ensure that the customer needs are met. Maybe I have low expectations for banks, particularly after having lived in Manhattan, but I really like TD Bank and the way that they interact and treat customers.
