Best car rental agency in College Park, Maryland (MD) 2024

DON’T RENT FROM THIS FACILITY ! ZERO STARS!! They are crooks at this location, the store manager especially! Read everyone else’s experience that are recent or within 2 months of my review. I didn’t get the rental car I reserved online, they charged me for a lost key (Employee admits to losing the key), and charged me for fuel when I returned the car full. It took a month to finally get resolved by Avis Customer Service & Management Team. Never again am I renting from this location! ~Alexandra
