Best medical lab in Frederick, Maryland (MD) 2024

Long wait just to drop off specimen from previous day. Every other lab has just accepted it when I walked through the door. They already had all the information on me, my insurance, and the test. They made me wait behind other lab patients who had blood draws etc. Absolutely ridiculous. They could have told me I would need a second appointment just to drop off. Lab tech was very grumpy both days, but after seeing her struggle with computer system I can understand. In the end she apologized. I cannot recommend this location until they fix the system. ~Le
