I had to have a tire repaired on my truck and called to inquire about servicing it. Justin told me to bring it in and they could take care of it.I dropped my vehicle off and Justin and his crew took care of in about 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the customer service and the work.

They changed to only using full synthetic and didn't tell their customers. I have brought my SUV here multiple times and they have always used synthetic blend. I come to pick up my SUV today and my old change was approximately $115. I could have gotten my oil change at the dealership with synthetic blend and had my tires rotated for $70. I won't be back. They only get two stars because the guy was nice at the front desk.

I came in with a spare tire on. And the flat tire with the nail for repair on the back. After a 2hour wait. They get the car they put it up without even looking at the tire first to then let me know that the tire is not fixable. Then they proceed to charge me $55.30 for putting the car up and putting my spare tire back on. They could have just look at the tire and said” not fixable buy a new one” i would have bought it. But charging me $55 dollars for taking my spare tire out and putting back without there bing a need is straight up wrong.

Despite my road hazard receipt from their lutherville location they charged me $55 to patch a puncture. Manager said they don’t honor “nationwide” warranty just Padonia location purchases. He said “go ahead and call corporate”

I had an outstanding experience at Mr. Tire on Padonia road this morning. I had a headlight out and was told by 5 different auto service centers that they would have to remove my bumper to fix it and would cost upwards of $150-$200 dollars. I called Mr. Tire and they not only got me in right away, but they also completed the job swiftly and for a very reasonable price without removing my bumper or any parts. Mr. Antonio, Mr. Colbert, and their team were knowledgeable in the services they provide and masters of their craft with truly excellent customer service and kindness. I am blown away by the professionalism of this team and their establishment. Thank you for fitting me in and for a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this auto service center.

I’ve been coming to this Mr. Tire location. since 2014 when working for a neighboring Enterprise rental car. All of the fleet cars were repaired wonderfully. And every since then, my 2 personal cars as well as all of the family vehicles use this specific shop. All of the staff are completely honest and knowledgeable. Can’t beat the time efficiency and top notch labor. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their vehicle run at peak performance.

After a flat tire, I saw this store from the road and wondered about it. Since I was away from home. The Hoover was perfect ! Store personnel were more than helpful, polite, and very efficient in assessing the problem. To add to that, even though they said it would take an hour, they did the work, made coffee for me and had me out in half hour. Awesome service— I would go there again, any day!! Two thumbs up!
