Rude woman on phone, she hung up on me! Then wouldn't answer for 3 minutes! I wanted to know the price of 4 new lines, she said she cant tell me that! She "had" to pull up my account to talk price. Total lies! When i told her thats not true, she argued, a d hung up!!!! THEN, when she did finally answer again, she was as helpful as a hemorrhoid!! 6-4-22 at 1pm! I told.her i was considering calling corporate about her, and she said "doesnt matter, they are a franchise" and 👀. She dgaf about how she treats customers! And she is dumb as nails! Couldn't do basic math. This "franchise" owner lost 4 phone deals today, and likely 4 more next year, and the year after. And this rude EMPLOYEE dgaf!!

I can truly say the main reason I stay with Metro is because of Victoria. She is the only one who has always helped me with everything I need, for the last two years! I will only go into the store if I see her there! I personally have witnessed that many others feel and do the same. She is Ace!

Metro app invasive, service cuts out, I asked questions but service is worst than what was said. Plus really credit card fraud at location, guess whos going somewhere else me cause you theavary employees

I have been with Metro for about 3 months now. My service is amazing and the lady at this store (Victoria? I believe..) has gone above and beyond to help me with my phone if I ever get stuck. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I do not usually leave reviews but I had overheard other customers in the store talking about what she has done for them and how they are only here because of her so I just wanted to take time and give appreciation where it is due. Thanks Metro and Thank You Victoria!! <3

Went for new phones. He said his name was rayqwon? He stole my credit card info and i had to call the police and make a complaint. Dont goto this store. It has a history of credit card theft.

Ive heard a lot of mixed reviews so i was hesitant to start service with the company. I walked into a clean, well put together store with two very friendly, smiling girls behind the counter. I started talking to victoria about my needs in a phone and she went into detail about each phone and helped me decide on the best one for me. I havent had a phone since thanksgiving so Victoria walked me through all the new bells and whistles. Just such a sweet girl. I really cant thank her enough for making my experience such a positive one. Thanks Metro!!
