I usually just leave it to my husband to get my new phone because I’m not all that interested, but while visiting my parents out of state, I had free time and decided to do it myself. I went to the Cedar Rapids store, and I’m so glad I did. Zane and Tariq helped me and were so nice and patient. I knew I wanted an iPhone, but had no idea which one or which color. Both guys really know the products, they give really thought out and sincere advice, and they patiently put in the time necessary to make sure a customer knows which phone will work best for their situation. These smart, young guys are a credit to T Mobile. I suggest the company does what it can to keep them with T Mobile! ~Candace

Rude woman on phone, she hung up on me! Then wouldn't answer for 3 minutes! I wanted to know the price of 4 new lines, she said she cant tell me that! She "had" to pull up my account to talk price. Total lies! When i told her thats not true, she argued, a d hung up!!!! THEN, when she did finally answer again, she was as helpful as a hemorrhoid!! 6-4-22 at 1pm! I told.her i was considering calling corporate about her, and she said "doesnt matter, they are a franchise" and 👀. She dgaf about how she treats customers! And she is dumb as nails! Couldn't do basic math. This "franchise" owner lost 4 phone deals today, and likely 4 more next year, and the year after. And this rude EMPLOYEE dgaf!! ~B

Very good experience, the lady who took care of me was named Desire, super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, she gave a great deal and prepped me on it's functions. Best phone buying experience I've had, kudos to her ~Wayne

Friendly staff 5 stars ⭐️ but take all your new phone accessories with you. I think one of the guys kept mine or accidentally tossed— zero stars ⭐️ . Either way disappointing behavior. I had to replace the costly accessory. ~elizabeth
