I usually just leave it to my husband to get my new phone because I’m not all that interested, but while visiting my parents out of state, I had free time and decided to do it myself. I went to the Cedar Rapids store, and I’m so glad I did. Zane and Tariq helped me and were so nice and patient. I knew I wanted an iPhone, but had no idea which one or which color. Both guys really know the products, they give really thought out and sincere advice, and they patiently put in the time necessary to make sure a customer knows which phone will work best for their situation. These smart, young guys are a credit to T Mobile. I suggest the company does what it can to keep them with T Mobile!

I traded my device in and still waiting for my credit . Looks like it's never going to happen . I should have never upgraded and should of switched service a long time ago . I heard us cellular was better. Don't be fooled by the cheaper service sprint/ t mobile offers . They make up the difference with outsourcing customer service and pretending to help you with a problem. I have yet to see results .

This place will Rob you. Over charge you for service that don't even work. And if you call better be plugged in bc your phone will die before they get to you and then say they are fixing it and they never will. Good luck to who ever signs up with sprint / t mobile

Worst service ever . Don't bother with this useless company. They will screw you over every chance they get and bill you for service you never signed up for . Forget about service . My phone has a signal sometimes. Don't use this company .

Was never told my trade in amount would be broken up over 24 months instead of given credit immediately. So now stuck in a contract that I knew nothing about. Already have had 5 dropped calls and it’s only been 2 days. Also was told I would get Netflix for free but when I try to set it up I’m told that my plan doesn’t give me that even though I have the magenta. All together thoroughly disappointed with this company and coverage

I wish I could rate negative stars. I went in to get service. The people had me in there for nearly two hours and had no idea what they were doing. I still was nowhere near getting signed up for a phone so I told them I didn’t have time for such ridiculousness and left and signed up with US Cellular. Which by the way took less than half an hour. Less than two months later T Mobile fraudulently sent me a bill for $135 . They signed me up anyway even though I never dined a contract or got a phone when I was there. They are not good people to deal with. Don’t get service with them.
