Honestly I give it one star because of a employee. I always had great experiences there. I tried to use my credit card. Which it said exceed limit which I understand what it means obviously. I made a payment on it, so I was slightly thrown off. Not knowing I needed to wait a extra day for hit to process. So I used my debit card instead. The employee I called for help let me know it was my card. But the way she said it was very rude, she's a teenager and I'm 41 years old with my daughter with me. She said I can't help you with that, you have to use another card. It is was just the way she said it. She talked to me like I was a child or something. I felt like she was racist or something. I never experience anything like it before. Especially if front of my daughter. ~Roger

I came here this morning to get my nails done before vacation. This was only my 3rd time coming here and I could not be more happy! Annie did my nails, and she was amazing! Very personable and nice and did an amazing job. She helped me find a beautiful color, and did my nails exactly like the photo I showed her! Her design skills are great! I usually just leave it to my husband to get my new phone because I’m not all that interested, but while visiting my parents out of state, I had free time and decided to do it myself. I went to the Cedar Rapids store, and I’m so glad I did. Zane and Tariq helped me and were so nice and patient. I knew I wanted an iPhone, but had no idea which one or which color. Both guys really know the products, they give really thought out and sincere advice, and they patiently put in the time necessary to make sure a customer knows which phone will work best for their situation. These smart, young guys are a credit to T Mobile. I suggest the company does what it can to keep them with T Mobile! ~Candace

It's weird... for the most part, it's fun and unique merchandise for really fair prices. But every now-and-then, you'll find something with a ridiculously high price. I don't get it. Overall, my wife and I love going here. We always find something worth bringing home. ~Casey

ZERO STARS!!! There is a reason that this place is rated 2.8 stars. And I am shocked at that. I was online trying to order white chocolate covered strawberries for my daughters 17th birthday when I called to just confirm that I would be able to pick them up at 5:15 because online it only allows me to select 5:00 as a pickup time. The gentleman working today on 4/22 at 3:47 p.m. is the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoke to in regards to me purchasing from something from a store, I hope for the sake of your business you are not the owner. My boyfriend orders me arrangements from you every single month. Sometimes multiple times a month... Well he used to because we are no longer customers! If you don't want to work and customer service then you should probably quit your job🤷🏽♀️ I've noticed for quite sometime this is a continuous problem with the SAME guy losing the company customers so maybe actually fix the problem instead of posting on here that you'll take care of it and then never actually doing so. ~Robin
