Can’t even get their dates right on when things are being ordered to when they are to be delivered. This isn’t the only time I’ve had issues with this place. I wouldn’t give them even a star. Very very disappointed.

ZERO STARS!!! There is a reason that this place is rated 2.8 stars. And I am shocked at that. I was online trying to order white chocolate covered strawberries for my daughters 17th birthday when I called to just confirm that I would be able to pick them up at 5:15 because online it only allows me to select 5:00 as a pickup time. The gentleman working today on 4/22 at 3:47 p.m. is the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoke to in regards to me purchasing from something from a store, I hope for the sake of your business you are not the owner. My boyfriend orders me arrangements from you every single month. Sometimes multiple times a month... Well he used to because we are no longer customers! If you don't want to work and customer service then you should probably quit your job🤷🏽♀️ I've noticed for quite sometime this is a continuous problem with the SAME guy losing the company customers so maybe actually fix the problem instead of posting on here that you'll take care of it and then never actually doing so.

I made an order online and put in my delivery date incorrectly which was my fault. I realized it right after I did it and called the store to correct it. No one answered the phone and so I called customer service who also tried to call the store and no one answered, so the guy I talked to emailed the store in hopes they would see it. I was told to call back again to see if they'd be able to get ahold of the store. I called customer service back and got a lady who I explained the situation to and she also made an attempt to call the store with no success. This scenario went on 2 more times with 2 other people and no one ever answered and they apparently never got the email which I was assured they would, because the birthday delivery was delivered that day, which was 19 days early. Frustrating.

We ordered Thank you bouquets for our neighbors who did a benefit for our 3 year daughter who is fighting Leukemia, and Kinsey, sent our sweet 3 year old a gift and the sweetest note to send her thoughts, honestly a local business people need to support! I bought an arrangement for an anniversary, and almost everything went well. I ordered online and picked up with curbside at the store, my only complaint was that it took awhile to answer the phone and there weren't great instructions for curbside pickup. I arrived early by 15 minutes and called to see if it was ready, it was and I asked for curbside so he brought it out. Everything looked correct, and the amount of fruit we got for the price was good. It's possible things are improved lately, but I would definitely recommend ordering online unless you have questions.

Positive experience with this Edible Arrangements. Put in a last minute order and it was ready a couple hours early. It was an easy pickup and my clients were happy with it!

The older man answering the phone shouldn't be. First of all, he acts like it puts him out that you have the audacity to call, then when I asked about a product that was on the website, I had to repeat it 4 times before he responded with "never heard of it." He really needs to learn some etiquette and customer service or stay the heck off the phone. Won't bother with that place again.

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time, I showed up to pick up my order around noon the guy said that they closed at three. When I got there the “closed” sign was in the window so I sat in my car and called the number provided on the door, I didn’t get any answer, I waited in my car for about 20min continuously calling the number (I called about ten times and left a message for a call back) finally I had to leave to get back to work. My husband calls a nearby store to see if they have anyway to contact that store and the response he gets from them is “yeah that’s been happening a lot lately”. I decide to call back around 2:30 and finally get ahold of someone, I requested a refund because there was no way I could get back there before they closed at 3pm, the worker gets the manager on the line and he was literally so rude to me the entire time, he would not let me get one word in, continued to talk over me and tell me how “next time” I need to order a day ahead to avoid problems like this. Sorry sir but there will not be a next time, I refuse to support a business that treats their customers this poorly.

Arrived at 9:15 to pick up an arrangement that was to be ready at 9:30. I was rudely greeted by an older gentleman that asked me "what are you here for". After telling him that I had a pick up for 9:30, he said "well you're too early, sit down and wait". Now, I understand that I did arrive a little bit ahead of schedule, but the level of his customer service skills was at ZERO. This is supposed to be a nationally known business. Had there been an alternative business, I would've left and went elsewhere. Not a good look.
