I called Hearts & Flowers on a Sunday!! The message gave me the owner's cell number, which I called. Nancy not only helped me out for a family's funeral service on Monday - she sent me a couple of photos so that I could choose which item I wanted. Her willingness to provide her services .. on her day off was such a blessing!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Placed an order in the am, they cancelled in the pm because it was out of stock. I ordered a different item right after the first was canceled and got another cancellation email. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day, you would think they were prepared. Also, their prices are on the higher end.
