I bought an LG washing machine in April. Nice washer. There was an unfortunate misunderstanding with regard to a service call, the resulting charges and a subsequent phone call. I was very upset but eventually things were made right. While it has left a slightly bad taste in my mouth, at least the issue was corrected which they did not have to do. I regret the unpleasantness and hope that future interactions will be more satisfactory.

I was told the wrong rental rates after calling twice to check prices, I called to figure out where the confusion came from and was addressed by the most disrespectful, rude, and down right nasty woman who insisted on shouting at me and yelling over me while I tried to figure out the $100 miscommunication. I had been renting equipment from there for 10 years with more than impeccable service to make up for the less than quality equipment, however I'd rather pay the extra money than be addressed by their lack luster staff again.
