All 6 kids got together with our mom to celebrate what would have been our parent's 73rd anniversary. I decided to surprise my mom with an arrangement of flowers. 1-800Flowers did an amazing job in designing a beautiful bouquet and delivering it to the house at the right time to present it to my mom. The colors and assortment of different flowers had my mom smiling ear-to-ear. Thank you 1-800Flowers for really making my mom's day so special.

I wanted to give a bouquet of roses as a gift to a person and it was a wilted bouquet and I was embarrassed with the person. And you promised me that the problem would be fixed and another package would be sent. But it did not happen. I solved the problem and sent another package from another store. And they were really cool. This is very bad for you and I cannot do business with you again and I do not want anyone else to do business with you. This is because you deceived me and took the money from me.

She continues to help us from NYC and Boston come with creative contemporary ideas to honor him and others in the IC area, phenomenal service and creativity!

I called in with a short notice order and the service was excellent. In under two hours, they had put together and delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers and chocolates! I don't leave reviews often but I can't say enough how impressed I was with the experience here. If I could give more stars I would.

We needed floral arrangements with very little notice during a busy period (local prom). The owner didn't hesitate, and made absolutely beautiful arrangements in the nick of time!! The customer service and selection of gifts and floral items is lovely. Highly recommended - wonderful shop!!

I recently went here to purchase flowers for a staff member whose brother had past. He was really into Harley Davidson and I wanted to cater to this interest. I called and spoke with Tammy and let me just say she was awesome! The arrangement that she made was absolutely beautiful!!! My staff member and her family were just in love with the arrangement and I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service! Thank you Tammy!!! I will only be shopping here in the future.

The ladies at Flowerama were friendly and helpful when choosing flowers for my friend’s wedding. They also made a beautiful white flower arrangement for the unity candle which turned out just like the bride wanted.

I usually don't like to write negative reviews about business online but this one is warranted. My husband decided to send me flowers for my birthday. I get this phone call from the delivery guy who is yelling at me (on my birthday) for not picking up his phone call when I was in class and could not answer. And because of that I needed to go pick them up myself? I am not complaining about the quality of product I received but the terrible service I was given without having done anything wrong. A nice surprised ruined. I would not recommend.
