The night shift is very unproffesional. While I was there food was sent from the kitchen to the front. The food ended up on the floor. If we wouldn't have been in the resteraunt I'm not sure it would have been thrown away The crew was having a good time and showed it. They seemed more interested in playing with each other than taking care of the customer. Will not stop at night again

Went there for lunch. There was a large spillage on the floor by the table. My husband almost slipped and fell. We told management about it. In the time it took the manager to explain how short staffed and busy he was, he could of put a wet floor sign out. When we left the spillage was still there without a wet floor sign.

I had to wait 20 minutes for my mobile app order; while the drive thru line was served ahead of me. Finally, I went inside and asked for my order, only to find out they didn't have my drinks ready. No one came out to the car and explained why it was taking so long. Along with the fact they didn't have any of the drinks with the order prepped. Told the counter person to forget the drinks and walked to the doors. As I approached the door, I yelled back to the counter, "I'm never coming back here again!" Boycott this McDonald's! They don't have good management and no apology was issued to me for the order taking so long.

Sometimes they are short staffed and the employees normally treat you decent and with respect. However they got a 4 because money is money if you are short staffed at least let people who don't have cars to walk up and get food it would be the same if I were in a car there would be an exchange but what can you do...

This is easily the worst McDonald's in the Iowa City area including Coralville. If you want rude employees incompetent employees this is the store you go to. Never have I experienced the rudeness that I have experienced at this location. The general manager or whoever didn't train these people must be super proud of their accomplishments. If people are untrainable they should be unhirable. Lower Muscatine McDonald's if I could give it 0 stars I would.

The same person who took our order forgot to bring the nuggets and tried to say that we did not order them, had to show her the receipt. Place was not busy at all and apparently no one had time to fill the ice machine, employees were yelling at each other, very unsatisfied with the service. If I could give it negative stars it would get 5! First and foremost the employees are some of rudest employees McDonald’s has! Second my McMuffin was so hard it was crunchy,didn’t get hashbrowns,and burritos I ordered in case my muffin sucked…which it did…were terrible! McDonald’s Should really consider RETRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO TALK TO AND HOW TO TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!!

Every time I have ever gone here my food has been messed up. They never give me all the food I ask for, the burn almost everything, or they just blaintly give you the wrong order. I’ve worked in fast food plenty of times but I have never experienced a place this bad.

I asked for Mac sauce on my McDoubles the manager & I think the shift lead got really mad with attitude because I think they are about to close and they had really nasty remarks & also this is how they gave me my Mac sauce

The 5 star review is given specifically for Amy W. who is at the drive through in the morning when I come for my coffee. i have received variable food service at this location but the one thing constant is the absolute best customer service from Amy. There is a smile in the voice that comes over the speaker to take your order and also greets you when you get to the window to pay. If there is any extra bonus or reward for an employee excelling at their job then Amy definitely deserves it. Awesome way to start your day (and the iced coffee).
