The sign said dine - in was open, but it was not. We went through the drive - thru, a guy handed us our ice cream with a bloody finger, asked for a fresh one and the ice cream was overflowing in the cup. Terrible customer service, took forever. Don't go to this DQ, go to Jon's Ice Cream & Restaurant in Tiffin.

Absolutely horrible I went inside to order stood there for 5 minutes was ignored. I then had one of the employees yell with his back turn saying the lobby is closed unless you’re buying a cake. There was no sign saying that will not be returning.

This place needs to work on cleaning. As you approach the front door you are confronted by the world's filthiest trashcan. Then, you notice that Windexing the glass doors has not happened in a long while. It takes away from the experience and makes you wonder how dirty the back is when the front is this bad. Sorry. Probably would but return based on this.

No longer owned by the franchise owner who took great care of the place as it is now a corporate store with a lack of leadership. The store is filthy and the food coming out from behind the counter is subpar at best. Oh how we wish Nancy still owned and and operated this location. Go to the riverside location and save yourself the hassle of dealing with the rude staff.

Do yourself a favor, just go to Jon’s in Tifffin. Don’t waste your time here!!! Stopped here at 4pm on a Sunday. There was a steady line of cars in the drive thru but only 3 people inside, so our group of 6 went inside. I counted 7 kids behind the counter all milling around the same area talking and just one of them running the ice cream machine. We stood in line for 20 minutes, the same 3 people in front of us. Not once did the employees say there was a problem or sorry about the wait. I know it wasn’t due to being under staffed. They could have had both registers open and the drive thru with all the help they had standing around. We finally left and went elsewhere. Coralville DQ you just lost a $50 order.

We came here for a sweet treat. We got a sundae, a blizzard, and a shake. When the sundae and blizzard were giveen to us they were wrapped in paper towels because they were covered in soft serve on the outsides. The shake was basically milk and the blizzard was a shake.

I too would give them a lower rating if possible. We decided to give them a try since Steak and Shake no longer does chicken strips. I asked for the strips to be made fresh twice, so you could imagine my disappointment when my order was handed to me almost as soon as i pulled up and paid. I was not too suprised to find they did not cook the strips fresh as I had requested. Not to mention strips were very very different in apprearance from the advertised menu photo. They also served me a piece of bread which is also portrayed as being a piece of toast in the display photo. We will not be returning.

I went through the drive threw and orderd the chicken strip baskket with gravy for thr sauce. Thr gravy come out looking like soup. And the chicken tenders look like they where cooked hours agao, they were not hot at all. The only thing that was good was the fries and the blizzerd.

I would give this a lower ranking if possible. fries tasted undercooked the cheeseballs we got were completely black we got a chili cheese dog with no silverware or napkins and the chili on top was cold. The workers had terrible hygiene were very rude dressed skanky. we called them to complain and they said they don’t have a manager or a number for us to call and talk to. this place is terrible do not eat here, i wasn’t able to eat any of the food here because of a transplant diet restricting me from eating undercooked food which is what we had paid $26 for.
