If your store says closes at 6:30, that means close at 6:30!!! Came to do a quick return shortly after 6pm after work and this UPS was closed. NOT HAPPY.

A little surprised by the rating here - this is a great UPS location. They had to adapt through COVID like all businesses, but I’ve never once had a bad experience when going into this store.

(NO- MORE- UPS) They lost my package I was sending a car transmission that cost $3,000 and i did claim And I sent them the receipt for it and they said they can refund me $100 Because I didn't do insurance I believe they hide it to sell it in the future. I sent in a print order via computer on Thursday and called the store to make sure they had received it. Even though my email said the order will be done that day by five the store worker said they could not get it done until Friday. Which was fine. I go in today, Monday, and it's still not printed. The clerk was snarky and blamed the UPS system for not letting them know it needed to be printed. Even though I called them on Thursday to clarify receipt of the print job. I'll never use them again. REVISION - received an apology and they refunded my credit card when I returned to pick-up my print job.

Sent a Print Job on Friday to print a single page on copier paper - the site quoted it would be done by 10AM on Sunday (which is wild to begin with - a single page of copier paper taking 2 days to print) By noon on Sunday my job status is still in progress - decide to just go to the store which Google says would be open 10AM-4PM - "Hours last updated two weeks ago" The store is closed with their hours board showing "Closed on Sundays" So now my single page print job that I sent Friday, MIGHT be ready Monday AM? Who knows. Totally let down by UPS.

They have new hours of 10:00 - 6:30. Have gone there three straight days and it's apparent they just close whenever they choose to. I would not have anything shipped here as a pickup point unless you never want to actually receive your package.
