Waited 30 minutes in drive thru line.. I really hope this isn’t the Sierra Mist I asked for. Do you guys not look down at the drinks while putting on lids? Or your staff is just careless..this is disgusting.

So expensive now. 2whoopers and a 1$ drink was 17$ worst part was the 38 minute wait to get my food, then the icee machine was out so ended up not having it my way. Got stuck getting a soda (I don't drink soda). However the girl working was super nice and doing her best

I am a 65 year old lifelong Burger King Customer. I got the 2 for $12 order a week ago. Now they are lying to me about the burger NOT containing tomato's. The one I got a week ago had 2 tomatoes. The one I got today had NO tomatoes. Everything is extremely expensive & NOW they are cheating us out of Tomatoes, my favorite fruit.

Expect a 30-1hr wait time for late drive thru. Definitely not worth the time coming over here. Extremely slow food

I specifically asked for onion rings well done 3 times. I received the opposite and returned them to be cooked longer. The manager just bagged it up and gave it back to me. Awful 😞 the Onion rings was for my boss. He threw them in the trash.

Both times i been here i waited so long in the driverthru. The girls inside act like they couldn’t hear me. I’ve waited for over 20 minutes both times just to place my order when i was just second in line. so slow. come to the window and theres a bunch of girls just laughing an talking to each other so i know they have enough workers. too bad they were all being lazy and management is no good. place is losing money because line didn’t move at all for 15 -20 & minutes at least 3 cars came waited and left. if you want Fast Food go somewhere else. second time i waited for 30+ minutes to get my order the same person who took our order came out and gave us the order outside.

They were amazing very fast and friendly service food came out nice and hot 3 employees asked if me and my grandmother had been helped while me and my grandma were looking at the menu deciding. The gentlemen who took our order brought us our cups for our drinks and our food when it was ready hel also asked what sauces we needed and brought them as well. Everyone on shift seemed to be engaged with their customers and the task at had great job guys! We will be back!

When you pull up to the drive thru and there's two broken menu boards and you can't place the order until after you've got into the speaker because that's where the menu board is at so your asked to place your order before you even gotten a chance to look over the menu and then it when you start placing your order the lady tells you to hold on in the middle of you asking for your order and they were out of every drink except for 3 flavors that I really didn't like. Just won't be going in the evening will try another time to see if service changes to a better review

They gave a real impossible burger, I tried doing the survey on this store but the recipt has little ink. I came here at 20:09, and it was a brown girl who took my order and gave me the opition. We did mention that the order was quick and now I know why it was. I tossed the rest of the patty to my dogs.
