So they're out of small cups and my options are to downsize to a value cup or pay extra. Personally, if I ran out of small cups I would pay the cost of that mistake and upsize each small order. But instead they are either up-selling their medium or making the customer take the hit by getting less than what they are paying for. This seems like a smart tactic for them, I reluctantly paid the extra money for the medium as I'm sure most people do. Either way it's a lose lose for the customer and a win-win for Wendy's. Its BS. Also my fries were unfresh.

I had fries & chicken nuggets. I liked their fries better before they changed them. Some companies think they always have to be changing things, but if it's good Don't change it! The chicken nuggets were mediocre. Nothing great, & they weren't even hot! The things I liked; their ice tea, always consistently good. The chocolate frosty, ditto! I do wish they would bring back the salads in half size. Not everyone can eat that much!

I had a mocachino ice coffee and a croissant with bacon. Fiancé had a double sausage bacon egg breakfast sandwich. With the crunchy breakfast 🍟 yummy 😋.

Going to take a few moments and write a review about the fries 🍟. It seems that Wendy's has really upped their fry game and are among the best for fast food fries nowadays. Did dip them in a Frosty which is one of the best underrated flavor combinations out there. The chicken sandwich was ok, and the time in the drive thru felt significantly longer than it should have. Not sure if that was customer or staff issue.

Very polite staff, fast service and good food!! The other day I drove through the drive thru, and the staff thanked me for waiting and handed me a free frosty. Thank you guys!!!

Went again week later. While eating Dave's single cheeseburger 🍔 I couldn't stop saying. Yumm. Went at 10:49 pm. Fast service everything was delicious

Fries were a little salty, but tasted fresh. Our burgers were perfect. Soda machine is awesome.

Waited nearly 12 minutes to order, only one car on front of me. Then I was stuck as they had a money issue and changed drawers, then no change and had to wait for a manager. All I need was $10. Back in any denomination. Then I get to the next window, they hand me the wrong food and no drink. I then hand it back and ask for my drink, while I wait. No rudeness from staff, but man. Then I wait 5 more for my meal, and them the fries are straight cold. I was 16 minutes late for work and still hungry as I didn't eat their nasty fries. Results: Hungry, mad, and late for work.
