The food on the Mexican side was not good me and my wife had the nachos with steak it did not taste like steak and no cheese and very lil guacamole sauce that was store bought and the soda was flat.

The service here is slow. They are still closed down in the lobby for sodas saying it's because of the pandemic. They need to get over it. Restaurant all over is allowing customers to use the machine themselves. It's time to move on and stop blaming everything on the pandemic. Let's face it, You're too lazy tom aintain the area.

I gave Carl's jr. Assign star rating because they're just as good as all the other places like Burger King etc etc.. don't fool yourself they have some pretty great hamburgers there and fries and they have some special order dishes I have to admit I'm using a Burger King guy but Carl's jr. Was great! They help you with your seating in your wheelchair they have seating for babies Etc.. so I'm sure most of you have been there before it just matters I guess which one you go to and where it's located as far as how good it is ETC. It's when I go sometimes when I want hamburgers or something of that nature but I like a variety of things

Carl jr's has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Their western bacon cheeseburger and other specialty sandwiches give Carl's a wonderful taste of its own.

The service was a little slower than normal but I did order lunch products at 7:30am so I expected the delay. The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly as well. I will consider this restaurant next time I am in Fresno. Thank you Carl's Jr for the great service and the tasty food :)

The service is one of the best I've received at any fast food restaurant. Staff makes feel very welcomed. Also the food is great.

The lady preparing you food does not bother to change her gloves even after she used the broom to sweep the floor. I called her out and the other staff were looking at me as if I was the one with the problem. Questionable standards.
