Bryce
Dining room soda fountain still not working, over a year now. I left and spent my money at another store. Friendly staff though. When I've done drive through, food is fresh!

Worse Carl's Jr. in Fresno, lady taking my order thru drive-thru was moody and has the worst customer service. Got a charbroiled chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw in the middle. Asked for a cinnamon roll, and they didn't have any. Purchased a cheesecake and didn't even get it....

One of my favorites, and love the famous star and fried zucchini at this franchise. The place was super clean, and the store customer service people were nice and professional. I went the next evening as I was staying at a nearby hotel. So I went there 2 evenings in a row because the hamburgers I purchased were flavorful, and they made it exactly how I liked it; full of condiments and heavy on the pickles. Nice people too!! Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures.

I was in a hurry, I had to be at work in a few hours. People who came in after me were served before me. My order sat waiting and still wasn't given to me. Homeless people were harassing me for money while I waited on my order and all I wanted was to get my food so I could go home and sleep a few hours before going and working my job as security. I will not be returning to that particular Carl's Jr. I will take my business elsewhere.

We ordered in the drive thru and had coupons and the lady there told us to pull up to the second window and since there were people behind us that did a regular order. She took their order first, so she told us to go to the parking lot and she’ll bring our order out to us and after 20 min I decided to go in the building and as soon as she saw me she said “oh sorry” with a grin on her face and our order was sitting there on the table. So never come here again, I tried to find her name on the receipt but I guess she didn’t put it

Carl’s Jr. and TWM don’t care about their employees. They only care about money and the customers who spend their money at their restaurants. TWM is care for you’re employees last and customers and money first . They will believe customers lies over the truth . If a angers customers comes in starting conflict employees cannot refuse service or they will be fired over it . TWM will replace customers orders at the expense of their employees discounts and or termination.

2 stars because you told me computers down but I had to wait until u are off ur cell to tell me that. Waited 8 mins for order to be taken. I get it why wait but I been working all day n a quick meal is what I want. But anyways no tenders no chicken. No fries. I guess just a burger n drink. I get it the location is a bad one but not every customer is remeber that. So next time have some manners or respect for us. Ll because at the end of the day if we didnt buy from your restaurant you wouldn't have a pay check.

I've said it before,and still stand by it, Carl's Jr, to me is a place where I would take my kid's why.. because the place is clean and disinfectant wipes in every person that leaves,for the next one comes in, the employees are beautiful people they make sure you get your order fast,hot and affordable. Love going there even though I moved from Blackstone, I still go there.

Carls Jr not what it once was 2020 ! Ive talked to the california rep about this store and location by email . As most customers know who live close to it the homeless and prostitues and even the drug dealers saleing in the liquor store parking lot next to drive thru makes for a bad show . Even saw 2 people injecting themselves in plain view at drive thru ordering menu . The bus stop outside is not a benefit either . They keep raising there prices month or so before the minimum wage increases . I was told the store managers get a raise to with minimum wage increases . I said the minimum wage is for the lowest workers not for managers with benefits . I told the rep its corporate greed and did not hear anything back as far as responce on that . Have you seen the cost on there food lately ? You order 4 large scale burger combos and your out 50 bucks .Mcdonalds and in and out , subway sandwhich, burger king, is all withen several minutes of this carls jr location and you get more value for money . Ive had cold fries here and hamburgers were the cheese was not even melted on hamburger patty. This tells me the patty was cooked previously and cold . They have out priced there food for me as i can eat at a sit down restaurant for the same amount of money . What will there burgers cost in 2023 when minimum wage is 15 an hour and will they gouge the customer a month or so in advance like they have been ?

5 stars for night manager, Johnny! This was mine and friends first time ever at Carl's Jr. Place was empty, but John was so nice and helpful. Gave us tips on everything, including local sight seeing. Tried the "Beyond Meat" burger, and liked it enough. Fresh and tasty (as far as fast food goes).. Restaurant was clean, and apparently they'll be renovating soon to update the facilities. *No internet right now, but it's the local service provider who needs to replace the box.
