If I could give 100 stars I would! I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I live in another state and needed my mom with slight dementia to overnight something. I called this store ahead of time to let them know she would be coming in. They were so kind and helpful when she got there, even calling me when they had a question. When I called later with my own question, they were so helpful. Keep up the good work!

I’ve sent 2 big packages to Washington and only one of the packages got there. The other one got lost. The one that got lost had my expensive stuff in it. UPS is not recommended.

I went to the store to return several items from Amazon that did not fit. The woman at the desk was rude and would not accept the items because they were not in the "original packaging" from amazon. She also claimed that she was not able to scan the barcodes from my phone, which I know is a lie because I've returned items at the store before and other employees were able to easily scan the barcodes directly from my phone screen from the Amazon emails. The employee had an attitude and seemed as if she did not like working there, and clearly only would to do the minimum necessary to perform her duties. As a result of this employee's inaction I was unable to return $200 worth of leather motorcycle gear that I had purchased from Amazon. Amazon advertises that the return process was easy, but there was nothing easy about this and ultimately I felt ripped off. This UPS store is also usually very crowded and you have to wait in line for 15 or 20 minutes before being helped by anyone, and they seem to spend a minimum of 10 minutes with each customer as if they don't really know what they're doing. Also, the manager needs to spend less time rebutting reviews on Google and more time actually working as its obvious the store suffers from incompetent management. Extremely poor service and unprofessional attitude.

This is especially for Brittany. I sent my mom here to return some Amazon items. The way they were worded in the system was particularly hard to understand, which made it very confusing to organize the returns properly. She was incredibly patient through the entire thing, even though other customers were being impatient and obnoxious. That takes a great deal of restraint and kindness, and I'm really grateful that my mom had her to work with. It has already been a nerve-wracking day, and having a patient person to walk get through it was a god-send (and that says a lot coming from an atheist). Thank you, Brittany! I hope UPS recognizes such a valuable employee!!

my husband and I used to own a ups store so i know how busy these stores get. This review is specifically for jocelyn she is inceredicle. she is fast and knows what she is doing. I came i for an amazon return but i didn;t know how to work my phone. She asked to help me and took the time to show me how to process a return and was patient. this is the type of customer service all stores need. people who are friendly, patient and kind. I also observed how these girls communicate and how they always talk with one another if they are unsure about certain things this is excellent. it reminded me of when I had my store and we all worked together as a team. Defenitly made me reminsce for a moment. I would recommend this ups store. i hope this ups store recognized a valuable employee and the other amazing ladies.

I came into this stor today march 21 i would say 8 min before closing and this young lady blonde hair I think her name tag said morgan or maddy. needs to learn about customer service. I witnessed her tell a customer that he practically needed to hurry up and print the label since they closed in five minutes. if it wasn't for her co workers who were really poliet and patient wih this customer and telling him that it was fine to take his time. i would have said something to her. She was utterly rude. We were next in line and she was rude to us as well when my gf asked her a simple question to see if she scanned all the amazon returns since she didnt witness her scan the last one and he spoke to us in a way that we felt belittled. In her own words she said "u see tht right there thats the one i scanned" but in a way that we felt dumb and then told her us to shut the door on the way out. in a angry matter. This has not been the first time she has helped us and not the first time i have witness her take to customers as if we were no body. Every time i come in here i have no problem with any of the other ladies in this store. she needs to learn from her peers and learn the respect ful way to spek to customers. i am oly giving this place 4 stars since the two ladies dark hair in the front really cared and showed appreciation for their customers.

This place is a rip off for customers the ones to use that computers that is in their lobby for printing purposes, they just takes your money right before they provide you the service. this is stealing or is a fraud they are doing to customers before they provide the service. is a horrible service. I went in this time on 01/22/22 and I wanted to get some prints out of my Gmail account they made me put my bank account debit card in to charge me before they open up Gmail account for me, and they charged my account $20 for nothing. It is a total rip off. bad customer service. This computer system is in their store and they said they got nothing to do with it. liars. They are stealing people for service they are not providing please don’t go to this place for that purpose they need to close that system.

I usually don't write reviews but I don't like when people leaves 1 star reviews just because they are not able to read and follow instructions. I moved to Fresno almost 6 months ago, and I due to the nature of my work I have to visit this store almost every single day, Monday to Friday. I have dropped Amazon returns (both just with QR code and no box, and QR code where box is required), I have also dropped regular packages. I'm not sure why the previous reviewer says that you have to wait between 15 to 20 minutes to be helped, and that they seem to spend at least 10 minutes with every customer. I know the lines can sometimes be long, but what can you expect if it is the holiday season, there are lines everywhere. I have never wait 10 minutes in the line, let alone 15 or 20. I've seen very few places were they kill the lines so fast, and no matter how many people is inside or how many people the girls at the store have helped, they are always extremely helpful. They always have a sincere smile and they are always willing to help. The few times I've had to make a line, I haven't seen an angry customer or someone complaining about anything. If they happen to take time with a customer is because they have to pack something, they are doing some notary business or something related. I'm glad to have this store as my local UPS store, I like to take my daughters with me from time to time, so they can see that only women work at this store, they love to see that! Please keep doing the amazing job you do every day, with all the patience and willingness you have. Thank you for working the holiday season without showing any stress.

This store made my day! Just got through probably the biggest snow storm we've had in a long time in the high Sierra! Barely got out and got to Fresno to take care of business! Needed to ship a heavy yet fragile item(musical equipment!) I contacted the store at around 11am and had a solution by 3pm! I opted out of shipping through them because of a cheaper UPS contract with my selling service! I had them pack it! Which was a bit steep but they are the professionals! I asked over the phone for the dimensions and weight and was able to email them a shipping label to get the parcel checked in and moving! I believe the employees name was Makayla.. most courteous, understanding and efficient worker I've met in a while! She made everything happen that I needed to happen without a bat of an eye! All the employees seem to be working their tails off and we're super busy when I went in! Excellent UPS store that I'd go to again in a heartbeat! I'm happy and my customer is happy!

Was in the 7726 N First street location 4 times yesterday and from out of town for package shipment as I was helping family members clean out some of my late fathers possessions. The store was spotlessly clean, amazingly efficient and most of all each employee was more helpful than the next. There was no weak link!!! I dealt with 4 of them!!! All knowledgeable polite and charismatic. Thank you ladies. Extra thanks to CELESTE as she handled the lions share if shipping 8 packages on one visit even counseling me to shrink size of odd size package thus saving me $400.00. Truly an incredible woman.
