Worst location in the Fresno area. Employees are the the worst and need to stay home. Even their superiors are afraid to correct their behavior.

Came in for a PO box they didn't know the prices for what I requested as if I'm not standing there asking for a PO box ..... I've been in customer service for over 7 years I know you'll can do better.

Got to post office before 4:00 and was not let in. I wasn't aware that it closed early. If that's the case they should change their hours online so that we can plan accordingly.

The hours meet my needs and yes there maybe alot of people in line but they work in a timely manner very convenient

They continuously deliver my mail to the wrong box. I always get other people’s mail and anytime I stop the mailman/mailwoman to ask about why they can’t get it right, they always blame each other or say it was their day off and it was a new person. Just PAY ATTENTION. It doesn’t cost anything!!

This is my “go to” post office. The counter staff are superb. It is small, so much of the time there is only one person at the counter, but I guarantee that they will give you the best advice, service possible.

This is one of the best post offices I have ever gone to. Polite and knowledgeable staff, always clean and well stocked. I am normally in and out in a matter of a few minutes.

It is a busy time for all post offices. The line was backed out the inside doors. It was no more than about 12min, from getting out of my car until was back in my car. Everyone was polite and highly efficient!
