Katelyn was absolutely amazing! I am the pickiest, most indecisive person! She was super friendly, and got me dress after dress until I found the perfect dress. I was able to tell her what I did or didn't like about each dress and she took everything into consideration until I finally found the dress that looked perfect on me and complimented my body perfectly. The rest of the staff was just as kind and helpful, making my experience easy and painless! I highly recomend this David's Bridal over any of the other ones I have ever walked into. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience. Thank you Katelyn for the perfect experience!

Today I went to pick out my dress and was extremely nervous, but everyone was super nice and my stylist Jessica was so amazing!! She really made me feel comfortable and listened to what I liked and didn’t like. I had such a great time and found my DREAM DRESS! It’s absolutely beautiful and thank you so much to Jessica for not only helping me but being such an awesome person! Everyone there is amazing! Such a good place! Can’t thank you guys enough!!

I had the best experience today at David's Bridal and I could not be more pleased. Taylor was so accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. A friend and I came in not knowing ANYTHING about what to expect and Taylor walked us through the entire process. She was beyond patient and helpful and at the end of the appointment, I got to take home my perfect wedding dress! I left feeling confident and less anxious.

My stylist, Taylor, made my appointment so enjoyable and easy! She was patient while I tried on multiple dresses. She pulled multiple styles for me to try since I wasn’t sure what I exactly wanted. She listened to me and gave her advice, which ultimately led me to my perfect dress! Thanks so much Taylor for making this experience so fun!

Went twice for bridal appointments. Each time had the same girl. Limited to four dresses, and the stylist kept leaving to attend to I’m assuming other things. Second time they double booked with another bride and the stylist, while limiting me to four dresses, kept pulling more and more out for the other bride and ignored me for most of the time I was there. I tried on one dress that was supposed to have clip on sleeves, and she brought me over the size 6 sleeves instead of my size which were in the back. I felt unimportant and neglected as a bride. Probably will try to find somewhere else to buy my dress and bridesmaid dresses. Update: I came back a year later to a much better group of stylists to help me choose my dress to elope in. It was my dream dress. Had some (many) issues with alterations, but that’s a whole other battle. Overall I am very happy with the dress I found and couldn’t be happier with my wedding day.

Immediately upon entering this establishment the receptionist made assumptions. To start off I've never been in a store like this so I didn't know what to expect but what I experienced was far from any fathomable idea I could have had. When the receptionist asked my partner what color she was looking for and my partner answered "black", the receptionist whispered "funeral"? Not sure and what society a person would go into a bridal store seeking apparel for a funeral. I get the whole part about asking us to sign in so they can track how many customers they have per day that wasn't really a problem. After they hooked us up with a stylist my partner told the stylist that she just wanted to look around if that was okay. Then the reception is tracked us down and continue to pressure us to work with a stylist after telling her several times that we just wanted to browse to get a few ideas. She then told us that the stylist would answer all the questions that we might have even though we don't have any we just wanted to browse. The reason I'm reading this store and one star is because of the forceful activity trying to push hooking up with a person a stylist and trying to get us to try things on. I'm well aware of how the marketing world works but if you don't know what you want and you go to a car dealership to just browse they let you they let you walk around get in the vehicles look at them ask a few questions here and there and then walk right now. They don't pressure you to walk around with a babysitter basically. We were there to look after looking online a few ideas peaked and just wanted to see what was available the color wasn't really specific at the time it was more the style of dress after finding the style of dress that was desired the color could then be obtained later possibly through ordering. What really set the negativity in motion was the fact that she assumed it was a funeral just because the color that my partner requested. A simple "hi welcome to our store, if you have any questions you can ask me or The stylist over the counter." Upon leaving, "thank you for visiting I hope everything was to your liking we will be looking forward to serving you in the future". Forcing somebody to work with a stylist and assuming that they're searching for apparel for a funeral or two red flags I don't think we will be shopping at David's bridal.

I had my six bridesmaids get their dresses at David’s Bridal. The fitting went okay, they claimed to have written down correct sizes, dress style, and color. The only thing that was correct with the dresses once they were ordered was the color. Five of the dresses were too big and one was too small. Only two of the bridesmaids got the dress they actually picked out and the other four were not the dresses that each girl picked out. Dresses are extremely long. Not happy with the overall experience and would not recommend to any brides that I know.

I just want to say David’s bridal has some of the most beautiful dresses I’ve see.It took me three visits before I found the perfect wedding dress and the perfect veil to match the staff was very friendly and helpful and very patient with me.. The ladies in alteration are the best thank you for a beautiful dress which in return made for a beautiful wedding day!

When we got there we were put with someone who already had 2 other brides she was working with. She was very nice, but then Taylor S. Walked up and said she was supposed to have us and was offering to help the other lady bc she was so busy. We went with Taylor and had the most awesome experience. She was so sweet and did not rush my daughter at all. We even asked her to come to the dressing room to ask her opinion and she gave us her opinion and said no one had asked her to do that before. My daughter decided she wanted to wear her hair up for her wedding and wanted to put it up there and then add her veil and I asked if anyone had a hair tie and Taylor was quick to offer hers. She is amazing!!!!

Jess @ David’s Bridal in Evansville, IN. Jess was SUCH a huge help with helping me to find inspiration for a dress! Evan though I didn’t end up finding *the* dress the day I went, she made it very clear that she (as well as the other employees) were there to help me find what I want/need without any pressure to buy that day. With me being a young bride, I was nervous of being judged for my age and not taken seriously. They all made me feel so welcomed, and Jess was so kind and helpful through the entire experience; I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant!! They made sure to customize the appointment to what I was looking for, and made sure all my questions were answered thoroughly. I’m so glad I made the appointment, and would more than happily (and probably will) go back any day! Thank you Jess and everyone at David’s for making my first bridal appointment so fun and easy! I hope to see you again as the big day comes closer! P.S. They helped me to find a dress I absolutely ADORE!! THANK YOU!!! :))
