We were told our furniture would be delivered between 3-6pm. It is 7pm and we still don’t have a furniture. Every time we call we just get told they are running behind and won’t give us an estimate on when they will be here.

Polite employees Mgr carries a Torch.. but that's fine one in that line of work wants to hold a grudge over 5yrs ago cause a the Customer got a better deal from their competitor.Good to know my money isn't good there lol got a better deal and still in the box odd I heard people in the store Talking bad About Arona well I'd agree attitudes like that and A Mgr That holds a grudge they'll soon go out of business 😀

Rented a washer and dryer set. Was told it would do heavy blankets. After I washed it. The washer won't wring out the blanket. That was the only thing in the washer. I'm about to send the washer and dryer set, freezer back. We just can't afford almost $ 300 a month. Sorry for the inconveniences

At first it was great everything went okay. But don’t get covid because they don’t care. All they care about is their money. They don’t care that you’ve been in the hospital sick. All they want is their money. Only reason why it’s a two star was because it was great in the beginning but after a month or so it isn’t so great.

I went into Aaron's to start a tv rental, I filled everything out and the manager came over to me to sign the contract at which time he informed me to when my purchase would be delivered that was on a Thursday. It was to be delivered to my home on Saturday by 1:00 in the afternoon. Well just after 8 am on Saturday I got a call from them telling me I don't answer my phone when the called the day before and that my reference don't answer their phone when they call. I informed them that my call log never got a call from them, and I checked with my references and the also never got a call from them. When the person at the store called me and I informed him about I received no call from them he said I called him a liar which I never did. If this is the way I was treated I can only imagine how they treat others. No I decided not to get the tv nor will I ever get anything from this place. By the way they are Changing their Name so be sure to check on other places to rent from .

Used to be a good place to rto...with everything going on in the world right now some people are struggling a little harder then others. Called to see if we could make payment 2 weeks out and Chris..( the manager ) never gave the the chance to explain whats goung on and he came straight out and said no...but thats cool will be taking my my loyalty else were...

This used to be a great place to R.T.O from but since they've changed owners that's no longer the case. I've have bought many items over the years and they've always had friendly staff but being a loyal customer doesn't get you anywhere with them anymore. It's like the new owners don't understand that things happen. I won't be dealing with them anymore at all.
