I was in need of a washer I called them got a lot of information on phone from a sweet friendly and very helpful sorry I forgot her name. So then I went to the store the girl showed me the washer signed paper work the delivery guys delivered same day the delivery guy was awesome as well everyone was helpful very nice thank you all

Staff is always friendly and very helpful. We have purchased home appliances and furniture from there and have never had an issue. Even if you plan on buying your items outright I would recommend coming here first.

Our refrigerator broke at home and we needed a replacement fast, to save as much food as possible. I had never rented an appliance before, but I called American Rental and they actually filled the paperwork out for me over the phone as I drove to the store to sign. When I got there, I was able to quickly choose a fridge. The staff were amazingly helpful and I was out the door and headed home in no time. The showroom is very nice and I liked the guys I spoke with. 2.5 hours later, the delivery guys showed up at exactly the time they said they would, exactly on the minute. I’ve never had that happen before. They had the fridge in place and working in less than 10 minutes. I can’t imagine any way our experience could have been better! Thank you American Rental!
