Absolutely loved my pedicure experience here! First time customer. Loved the beautiful interior, comfortable spa chair. I loved most that Heidi listened to exactly what I wanted for the polish color and did exactly what I asked for! She even recommended a pedicure package that was less expensive than the one I originally chose. Service: Pedicures

I loved the service and everything just wasn’t satisfied with the payment at the end. We agreed on the 65 dollars pedicure and was being charged 85 dollars for a simple French tip with Gel. It’s all understandable for the gel. But staff needs to explain what are extra cost if there any not just charge. At the end I believe the owner charged me 70 in total thank you though it was a good service just please explain yourself. Service: Pedicures

I went in on the day before mothers day to get a full set and a pedicure. They told me they only had time for one service, which I understood because it was super busy and they wanted to go home. So I settled for a full set. I sat down and I showed the nail artist what I wanted. It was supposed to be ombre and powder French tip nails. When the nail artist started doing the French tip, I told him I wanted them to be powder not nail polish bc it doesn't last as long, but he said he didn't know how to do that. Which is also ok so I picked another picture which he said he didn't know how to do. So I ended up chosing a simple ombre and white nail set. 2 days later as you can see by the picture but better in person, there are little bubbles all over my nails. The nail artist was so nice but one of the other guys was so rude! Also, An older Hispanic lady got services and was waiting for her daughter to pick her up but she only spoke Spanish. The staff was laughing and being super condescending and saying "I don't know what you want, what are you saying?!..Taco?, Burrito?, Taco, burrito?!" and laughing, how rude!!! She was trying to ask the front desk to use their phone to call her daughter. I speak English and Spanish so I helped the lady communicate with the staff. I will never come back here, what a waste of time and money!!! Edit: responding to the owners response : NO ONE WAS HELPING THE LADY until I came in to translate what she needed. The lady was too nice and didn't know what you all were saying, you're lucky I didn't tell her!!! This place is ridiculous! You guys have some nerve always trying to take the blame away from your horrible customer service! I do nails as well and I know for a fact how to sanitize and use brand new nail files every single time unlike most nail shops including yours! Fyi for anyone going to nail salons *** make sure they use a brand new file every single time!*** Stop replying to the negative reviews and always blaming the client with your rude condescending comments! This gl manicure is bumpy, there is cured polish all over my skin, and the nails themselves are poorly shaped. Some comments from friends on this gel manicure : —“stop lying and just admit you did these yourself” —“those look rough, you didn’t pay for that, did you?” I asked for a simple gel manicure. The website says a gel manicure is $25. I was charged $35. Why? No idea, because there was no itemized list of what I was charged for on my receipt. My mom got her toes done while I got this train wreck on my hands, and she was straight up told she would be charged for an extra layer of polish? Maybe the acrylics they do are nice. Maybe the powder they do is nice. But this manicure is unforgivable. Never again. Service: Gel manicure

I came here for a full set thinking my service would be as nice as the inside. I asked for deep french tips, just black french tips. nothing special. $76 later I now have 4 cuts on my cuticles and black nail polish all over. I have never spent $76 for just the most basic full set. not even hard gel. i wanted my nails to be matte but for 2 fingers it's an extra $5? the lady never apologized for cutting me 4 different times. she actually rubbed the blood onto her towel... $76 I have never paid that for a full set that came out so bad. ever. just called them. they don't do refunds & they don't apologize. When i told the owner about being cut. he said "okay what do you want me to do" they said i can come back & get them removed but honestly don't want to risk getting hurt again. honestly regret not saying anything to them right then & there. I'd love to see the owner's response to this since he "stands behind our work"

By far the absolute best nail salon in Riverside!! Highly skilled staff, BEAUTIFUL PLACE. I am lounging on a massage chair to get the best massage and foot care. I would recommend this place over and over again. I'm not one to take the time to write reviews but this place is so good! The owner is also great to talk to and very cute! Love the Posh Nails & Spa family, they've got a customer for life... Service: Manicures
