As a first time customer it should be a priority to keep that customer especially when you come in as a group of 4, they failed miserably my money counts and they simply didn’t care to try and fix the error the girl at the desk made. She made the excuse that when I called to make the appointment it’s was too loud and couldn’t hear, then she said the wrong person with the same name as my daughter went up and she didn’t bother to correct that at the moment, then she said I only said service was for two people so which was it ? She didn’t care to hear my complaint brushed me off saying Oh I know your not coming back and that’s fine, didn’t offer to try and make things a little better by offering at least a piece of gum. Terrible ethics of running a business. You failed miserably Top nails , it should be failed Nails . I can at least say nail tech was nice and did a good job! The pregnant girl at the desk didn’t care to listen or really try and make things better . She acted like she really didn’t care about what happened, very unprofessional, you first listen to your customer not over talk someone . 👍🏻👍🏻😂😂😂😂😂 crown jewel yes ok and have you know that girl didn’t get told anything bad other than the errors that were made in the most calm way ! It’s simple listen then speak and customer service is key that’s all ! I don’t know why i went messing with your salon you got my $69 I have a right to speak my mind in the most respectful way! The only tacky one is you as the owner defending a error that could have been handled way better if that how a crown jewel should be glorified that’s just terrible business ethics . I have been looking for a nail salon in Riverside for a while. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years. I went there a few times before and had great luck with David. I always made an appointment beforehand. I just went in for a fill and had the worst nail job I have ever seen in my life. When I went back to have them fix it, she just glued the mistakes and sent me on my way. Do not go here! Service: Acrylic nails

Worst nail place to go to if I can give negative stars I would! The receptionist is the worst I understand she’s pregnant but if she can’t do her job right she shouldn’t be working.

Do not come here for dip, steer clear of this place if your looking for a good dip nail tech. They definitely do not have them here. My nails and my daughter's nails came out very bumpy, a simple file down would have done the job. They refused to fix them. They do not listen to their customers they would rather charge a deep discount then to have someone fix them. They state the 2 nail techs that did our nails were the only ones who do dip. If I would have known that, I was going to have this experience, I would have stayed home and let my 2 yr old nephew do my nails, im positive my nails would have been much better. I had to give a 1 star but if I could have, I would have given a negative 10. Services: Dip powder, Pedicures

In all honesty this place is quick, efficient, and at a very good price. They have like 12 mani tables and a few more pedi chairs (I think). But it's a "you get what you pay for" type of place. I took my 14 year old niece for her first pedi and ended up at her doctor with an infection. I have never had that issue, but we did go on a busy day. It's a 50/50 shot going here. Price - good. Work - ok. Efficiency - great.

My son will bring me here about every other year for Mother’s Day. Lady doubled the price on my nails and did a horrible job didn’t spend more than 10 minutes on my toes and I paid $30 I don’t understand my friend was sitting next to me and she had the same package deal and they spent 40 minutes on hers so I don’t know I would never go to this one lady or this place ever again this one lady had overcharged me spent forever getting my acrylic nails on it was painful I just refused to ever go here again it was so dishonest I asked for the price of the nails she just said don’t worry I do good for you I do good for you so how much is that she get out walk away she never gave me a full price is $55 for a regular acrylic nail set.For $85 I was not expecting the lousy work that they’ve given me. Great experience. They got me in and out. They have plexiglass dividers and spray down the chairs after service. Lots of colors to choose from. I went for a sideways French at the advice of the manicurist. They have a pedicure that warms and cools your feet. So that was relaxing. I was able to get in as a walk-in as my last place made me wait 45 minutes even with an appointment.

I came in for a fill and gel color change. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming which is part of the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. The lady who did my nails was very nice but I asked for black gel and she layered the gel so poorly that they ended up uneven and thick. It started to come off after 2 days. It was really disappointing but probably one of the worse gel jobs I've seen. Service: Acrylic nails

1st time coming here and I am truly happy I love my nails. Nancy you are so amazing and thank you so much for my nails. Definitely going to be bring more of my friends here.. 2nd time on 3/23/2019 I'm not going to lie, this is by far my favorite nail salon. Katie thank you so much for putting up with me and I'm so sorry for my sleepiness... Those are my new set.
